Don't install this game. They bombarded me with ads, so I finally downloaded it since they were offering a code that could be redeemed for nice rewards. I entered the code, and the game said it was no longer valid. I contacted their support, and they said the offer was gone, even though it is still in their ads, and I showed a screenshot to prove it. Then they said to just link my fb account instead to get some small rewards...... no thanks. I've uninstalled this game and won't go back.. Right now, sound, music, sfx are missing.. 5x times uninstall and reinstall still not fixed the sound.. pls do something.. and this is one of the game that leech people money.. should i continue or not this game??. very good game, but why this game can't connect to Gmail or other to saved the game data, i lose my account and my saved data game , why?, i love this game, but in this problem i hate it, fix it please. Fun game but it's purchases won't work, and emailed devs twice but they won't respond their discord has no solutions either. So game gets a 4 tech support gets a 0 since their is none.. Why so many loading session. everything I click was a loading and the loading tooks so long . I only in tutorial but the loading session so many and tooks so long that makes wasting time .... my internet is no problem and really good so why so many loading and tooks so long that makes wasting time...... Terrible game, tonnes of bugs, like after finishing a level it will just stay on the reward screen and will not work until you restart the game.. Later you will realize that your just wasting time. It becomes boring to the point that you will play it just for the daily task. And no progress for weeks. BTW it was nice at the start.. Was a great game...have since lost access to my account on 11/16/23. With no help from CS. Went to play an it had reset my to level 1. I was lvl 68 with my own guild an lots of money spent on this app..
LEVELS ARE LOCKED BECAUSE OF PLAYER LEVEL AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT DAYS TO GAIN XP PASSIVELY TO UNLOCK LEVELS!! ITS REALLY STUPID!!!!. Too many hackers and cheaters in game. Game developers doesnt do anything about it. CONTACTING THEM DOESNT HELP. THEY TELL YOU TO BE PATIENT. NOTHING EVER CHANGES. THEY LET HACKERS RUN WILD.. I just started playing & encountered bugs. The elite hero never showed up lol. The window was endless void. I decided to uninstall.. I had an account on this game, been at work and wasn't able to bind my account. The game gets stuck during tutorials with no way getting. I've closed the game and restarted multiple times but it's still not working. addicting but if i'm gonna ask about improvement ,maybe you should remove all chinese instructions in Void Lists ,in Plunder ,etc.. The game is have a payment and then there so many compalining about your game what the heck kind of this game .. The game was perfect until I lost 1000 gems due to tye tutorial to nightmare mode after 12-7. Pls tell how to claim them..
where's my saved game.?? i played several time n all missing, i used all kind metode n i've bind all my game, but all gone. I had a good account with power and heroes. Then today I lost connect and lost my account. . So, not fun.. the new update is very annoying, I think this is the right time for me to stop playing this game.. Hav played the game for about 3-4 days now, i think its funny.. but now i cant get in, it just return me to app shop.. where i can press play or uninstall the game. Of character slots (in games play - only 8 slots), cloud backup not good (my data 3 times erased without any reason) and finally the game concept don't let you to play the game further (the game stops at one end for player level requirements) Note: one of the best game ever I played in mobile, no replacement for the game. Playing english version. Good administrative support. Had purchase problem PM'd at discord and got fast solution after considering staff holiday. Excellent discord communicty. An excellent game with no advertisement. So beware f2p guys as those who pays more become stronger faster. But I meet few f2p player who is playing for 2.5 year and can fight toe to toe with others. It just takes time if you are f2p. Tons of activity and you have to decide strategically to get stonger for online pvp.. The game is quite cool and entraining. It does offer good experience both for VIP players and for free players. Consistent updates. Awesome customer support. Highly recommended!. Far to much wrong with game to go into details, but any game that pops up a "buy this now" ad everytime you enter or exit any section or fight, is pathetic. And the lag is horrible. To the point of uninstalling..
i can't even open it. It crashes immediately. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my phone, deleted half my apps, force stopped and restarted, pretty much everything i can think of. it gives me a white screen then closes. Yes this game might be hard but I will try to be easy playing this game and have fun playing his game to and you should have to in this game. . This apps character design is such a blatant rip off of MCU, I don't know how they are not sued yet by Disney. Plus bad game. Do not play it.. What do you really think of the restaurant that could never quit storming othere's the Rangers game never clicked on me.
Customer service slow to respond to issues. The game is fun and a good time killer. However, I purchased a couple of the newcomer packs and have not received the rewards yet after a couple of hours. Filled out a complaint ticket and still no response. My money was taken immediately but who knows where the goods are? Hopefully they can make it right soon.. This game is just wastage of my data i thought it was fun but please dont try downloading cause the day i downloaded it i deleted it. BEWARE!. Enjoyed the game so much, but my account is lost and I can't or don't know how to recover it. Pls help.. This game would not even load. It would launch and then crash immediately. I had plenty of space and processing power. Tried multiple installs to no avail.. Just downloaded and was super excited to play. But the app won't even start cause it's bugged and crashes... not mad just very disappointed.. My account is lost.. when i start the lavel back to begining. Dprs is my account name, with level 105. Please help. Connection to the server was slow. I gigspeed internet with with 300mbs on wifi and still was downloading at 64kb a second. I thought it was my internet so I ran a speed check nope these guys just suck..
Need help with the in app puchase. Buy the newcomer pack but did not recieve anything. The payment was deducted. Sent an email still no respon..
