Initially, you will have only a few fighters in the team with whom you will need to go to your first battles. Gradually recruit new monsters into the group that have unique abilities. Then, by accumulating experience points and gold, increase their abilities, characteristics and constantly improve. Also, it is very important to correctly place them on the battlefield, sending more protected fighters to the front ranks, and mages, healers and shooters to more distant ones, so that they can freely deal damage and heal.
Battles are turn-based, where you have to select individual units, move them to the right positions, and use certain skills, depending on the situation. Try to build a battle strategy in advance, starting from the characteristics of the monsters in your team.
