Love it, and music is sooo atmospheric. BUT, I PAID FOR THIS a couple of years, so it better not disappear now it's on play pass if i don't renew my subscription!!. I was a bit sceptical at first because I never thought I'd enjoy playing a game like this. But this was an experience unlike any other. I am still new to this and I can't wait to play more of this game.. This game is great when it works but months in it had randomly stopped working. Coins can't be assigned to new buildings. Reinstalled three times, no difference.. Unfortunately I can't give more than 1 star as I never even got a chance to play the game. Upon launch, all I get is a glitchy/static screen with a distorted image. The game is unplayable at this point.. Honeslty one of the best pixel games I've ever played. Very addictive, I'm losing track of time by playing this..
Nice waiting game with difficulty spikes and glitchy UI. Some hermit upgrades are not really better, so see the wiki.. This is a gorgeous game. The visuals are stunning. However the tutorial/guide could be clearer. There are many elements of the game that I just don't understand. The game seems kind of repetitive to me but maybe that because I'm missing something about how to progress that wasn't clearly communicated through the guide. I want to love it but unfortunately this lack of clarity limits the enjoyment of the game for me.. Love this game! Experiencing recent glitch where the fires from catapults burn forever. I basically have to close and reopen every night to put of the fires Otherwise, this game is the perfect relaxing tower defense/sim combo. Keeps my brain active while also relaxing. Spend most of my time in Forgotten Realms to get new maps Thank you for a great game!!!. Really like the game but I can't get pass the fourth Island because it glitched. I can't get off the boat . THIS GAME IS AWESOMEEEE!!!!! This game makes you think what should you do and upgrade, and this game is hardcore(I've dead like.. 10 times, and I've reached 50 days++ in that 10 times death:) ) Overall, if you want a good game, relax, but in the same time, it makes you think really hard, try this game. It'll be good. Just frustrating... Not to mention that the gameplay designed to frustrate you, the ux is just so bad.. controls randomly causes you to use the special mount skill, the screen goes night pitch black when entering forest (STUPIDILY!!!! HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN A FOREST DURING NOON???), the random tutorial keeps forcing/distracting you to buy stuffs you font have money for, the banker is stupd, save system is broken too.. The only good thing in the game is the art, the devs are lacking a lot.. The game is fun i wont even lie it got system that so cool events and monster aswell but the problem i have is that the co op i dont wanna play with my brother split screen it would be fun if you put online co op so the device dont lag much the game is fun and interesting great game. Its fun buttt... Its not ps5 controller friendly only downside. I dont want to buy another controller to play this. Touch screen too painful.
Very Fun Game, but bugs are a problem. The one I struggle with most is the knights in Norse Lands do not correctly pick up archers, leaving them practically useless and makes it VERY hard to take down portals. Awesome game, for the little it worked. I played the beginning for a little while one day. Then the next day, everytime I started the app, it would get stuck on the title screen all scrambled with static. I cleared cached and data, force closed the app and reopened it, nothing worked. It kept doing it. So I Uninstalled. It's a shame because it seemed like a pretty cool game.. One of the best games I've ever played on mobile!!! It's unique, fun and beautiful! Lots of the bugs that were mentioned have been fixed and it runs very smoothly!. Fun game. Relaxing, beautiful art and music. I enjoyed the challenge of figuring out how progress in the game. Had to start a new run after figuring it all out in order to complete all the islands but I didn't mind the extra time. Worth checking out even if you don't normally play games like this..
I mean it looks good but honestly it's time consuming and frustrating. Instructions aren't super clear but learning how to expand is easy enough. Horse gets tired far too often, leaving your current island to go to the next means you can't go back until you rebuild the boat which is also time consuming because you have to rebuild all the same stuff on the next island you visit to get more workers, then get more defenses so your workers don't get attacked then rebuild the boat rinse repeat boring. Is the only game on the mobile App Store worth your pocket money Played it on PC The music is wonderful graphics easy on the phone Yet still beautiful Great gameplay DLC are cheep Worth every penny.. Loving the game so far... I tried purchasing the norse expansion in app. But it has disappeared so I can't finish my purchase. Can you please help. I'll give 5 stars when this issue is fixed.. Simply addictive. I started being a total beginner and the game hade bare bones instructions on how to play BUT this somewhat made the experience more fun as i had to explore to learn it. It is rare to find an addictive game, but this is the one! Ohh how time flew and it's hard to find a point to pause and take a break. XD. Can you fix catapult's explosive barrels in Skull Island challenge? After the explosive barrel, there is fire on the ground that doesn't go out. And everyone just stares at it unable to move. P.S. It was my first challenge, and after so many tryings, I stabilized my kingdom but then encountered this bug. Bummer. (One star for now so you would notice it faster. Will change to 5 after the bugfix). Very good for one playthrough. The graphics is great and no HUD clutter. The game is quite complex for the simple controls, works very well in mobile. It's a good game honestly that surprisly works on Chromebook Plus, the only issue is that its not optimized that makes the laptop run extremely hot which shouldnt happen on a Icore-5 processor. The game is overall Good but can get pretty boring at times because it becomes more of a back and forth with not much to do in between, other then that its a nice time killer but I wouldn't spend the money to purchase the game, I recommend just using the Google play pass to play it..
I might be obsessed. I sink hours at a time in. So chill yet I am engaged the entire time.. Game is fun, but seems really buggy, Builders dissappear and just won't build anything tried restarting many times nothing changed. What an unbalanced broken piece of trash. You can't survive in this "game" without tremendous resources, but the game deprives you constantly. When you're fresh on a new island, you'll get no resources & the game will spam you with very hard enemies on both sides to keep you in an endless cycle of defeat. You can't retreat to a previous island bc that needs resources too. You'll keep losing everything you've built endlessly. Where's the fun in that!!. This game is awesome, addictive to an almost unhealthy degree, one massive problem tho: after I beat the first island, an innumerable number of npc's have spawned in and the lag has made the game essentially unplayable. Please fix this soon.
Astonishingly looking game with well-made story, it's easy to control and even though it's quite challenging, it so much fun.. I absolutely love this game, and it's minimal-input style is perfect for playing in a phone!! However, I can't play too far into the game before the frame rate drops so badly that I can't even make any inputs... It becomes unplayable on my LG Stylo 2 Plus. Edit: reinstalling the game no longer fixes the problem. It is now impossible for me to pay the game at all.* Game consistently gets stuck on loading screen. The only solution I can find is to uninstall and reinstall. This has happened at least 5 times now. I like the game but this is very close to unplayable.. Addictive game and a bit too repetitive. Not very friendly towards new players. You are left to figure things on your own and that could be confusing at first..
I liked this game much more than I thought I would. Addicting, even. Spent a ton of hours on it and played every variation. Great job on this game!. Fun! Until it starts glitching. I can sit and play for a good few hours. But twice now I've had to reinstall it because after carefully saving and quitting, when I open the game again, you can't see anything. Just the pixelated patterns on the screen indicating the game crashed, before another play. Fix this and I'm back in with a 5 Can't wait to see the improvements you guys make!. There is a problem with controls on mobile. Dropping a coin is the same as upgrading, building or clearing trees. Sometimes I drop a coin to recruit a person or to give it to the enemy so that they do not attack a builder for example. However doing this can result in building a wall or clearing a tree which can remove crucial resources, such as a recruitment camp, merchant camp or bushes.. I really want to play this game But when i open it It crash and nothing happens Please fix that problem My phone is poco f5, android 13.
This game is so much fun. I wasn't really sure what to expect or how to play at first but once I got the hang of it, I couldn't put it down.. Want to play it but can't as it will not install on my phone no matter how many times I restart either Google play or my entire phone. No idea why, other games download fine, have seen gameplay for years and think it looks great but cannot enjoy it as it will not let me. Absolutely addicting this game is so basic and simple but you couldn't ask for a better game the absolute only feedback I have is please make the tutorial longer idk if the part of the game is to be clueless and just figure the game out alone but there is so much I had to find out the hard way. Addicting fun game that hasn't stopped surprising me yet. There is so much detail that I often just watch the background, and maps. The mechanics are simple that you can figure it out without any explicit explanations. As new things are discovered it can be a bit confused about how to to use some new mechanics. This is probably the only criticism and it's not even an issue.. I adore this game. Stick with it. There are bugs, but they've been great on all of the other platforms at addressing them, and I'm sure they'll get it resolved. I originally played this game as it was included in a bundle I bought years ago. Didn't think much of it, another pixelated Indy game. I have it a shot and I completely adore it. I love Tower defense games and this feels enough like one to interest me, but is different enough to hold my interest. music, visuals, trial and error? Perfect. While I like the game Norse Lands is locked to me. As in it has a padlock over the option. It played well before I renewed my subscription, and now I can't play it.. Amazing game, although sometimes when hiring your builders to build something, on some occasions the game won't recognise it and the building will be stuck in the state of being partially builtand cannot be fixed or even interacted with at all anymore. For when this happens, somebody should add an option to cancel or restart the build..
The greatest pixel and a kingdom game ever for short I just want to say that never judge a book by it's cover. Weird behavior / bug where you can have a ton of archers but none will get on the towers... Or only on the very inner most tower (which is never attacked), leaving your base to be attacked and your defenders standing around doing nothing. Poorly tested game.. I love this so much. I just wish it had a bit more content so I could keep enjoying it for longer.. Addictive Kingdom builder campaign based game. Basic instructions are given but the rest is left up to the player to discover. A few secrets here and there to discover as well. I spent a good solid few days playing the game twice..
Repetitive tasks. It's actually 2d strategy. So at the end it's necessary travel from one side of map on another with slow horse. And of course it's boring.. This is one of those games you play and think 'is this it?!' and then hours to by and you are still playing. Very simple gameplay that's oddly addictive and gorgeous to look at.. Nothing to do but drop coins and run back and forth. No goals given and the tutorial was a waste of time. Great game, but the terrain is so vast that going from one side to the other side is just waste of time. And for Co-op I hope, soon, it can become online Co-op for players not to waste time going to each corner of the world as they've another monarch (player) that could help them.
Chill and a very fun game also good for killing time its challenging but enjoyable , controls are simple but tutorial need some improvement since sometimes im lost on what to do but overall I enjoy it and still play it . So my main problem with the game is that it is just too hard. Now I've played hard games before in fact I have a time of 3:06s on getting over it on mobile. However this game actually just dosent make sense. There no way to tell how many of what troops I have and the battle at the end just get horrible. The worst mob is the runner who just steals your crown. Like how do I combat that? I really enjoy this game but to make it playable you need to make it more like the bonfire 2 (great game btw). I have a Fold 5 and it would be nice to have the screen ratio updated. Currently some UI content is cut off.. Awesome game,fun time killer..took a little to understand what to do but after that was really addicting with simple controls..
Had to meny runs end due to income chocking, I've tryed, practiced, looked at guide and wiki's to see if it was something I was doing wrong but. Farms are a good fix but require coin to get going so that's a no, clearing forest to spawn in rabbits for my hunters or walling it forests for deer, not if the portal gates are to close. If you want to clear the portals that's more coin to send your forces so that's a no as well. Lame lame LAME way to loose, slowly choking with no way to move forward.. This game is amazing. Unfortunately, every time I get deeper into my save, it starts to lag, quickly getting to the point where my phone crashes.. Great game. But need more explanation on the npc, I know the ghost king is there to help, but it's still so vague, also sometimes I don't have money too, and he's following around which kinda annoying. Also lastly the map to change island UI need a confirmation, god i hate how many times I come back to the same old island when I accidentally press on the map. It's ok, but you seem to need to hit the exact right pixel to spend money, otherwise it just all falls to the ground. I can spend a whole day tapping on the dots trying to get something build, only for nothing to happen and I have to run away to not get attacked..
It's a fine enough game, but it crashed and lost 2 saves which took a lot of time, and no way of restoring it seems. Also another people mentioned, controls aren't idea. The lag is insane on my old phone but on my Samsung there isn't any, needs to be optimized better. Other than that this game is amazing compared to new lands.. One of the best game i've played. You gradually learn how to play the game by exploring. The graphics are amazing.. At first I was addicted played game for non stop for a day and this is day 3 and I was now in Island 3 where there is war horse But my curiosity thirst have gone Why should I even play gathering coins barely and making first brick wall and adding 2 towers 1 tower is inside the brick wall and another is outside of the wall but still losing to greedy and i barely gathered coins to purchase bows This isn't about coins and I lost interest there are not even enough gems in the game.
Playing this game was honestly the best experience I've had in a while. I was never really a fan of this kind of game, and I hesitated before downloading it because I didn't think I would enjoy it. But then, wow, just wow. I spent 5 hours on the first daytotally addicted. Just one thing though; Online Co-op.. Can't see anything. Graphics are too small. Don't so small can't even read what it's saying. This must be a computer monitor game.. Don't quite get it. Would be great if there were stats for like how much gold you have, number of dudes in each job. I have no idea why every build site has the cost struck out and a picture of a rock. Am I supposed to get rock somewhere? Not clear at all what happens to extra tools you build. Still kinda fun, but no idea what's going on for what to do. Love the game but I wish there was a save point.. having to start over anytime you accidentally click something is just not it. It feels impossible to play without using a walkthrough and I hate that.
Great game, but I have a problem with Lost Island where some of my workers just stop moving in one spot after I us fire do kill greeds. Been playing this game for a couple years. Absolutely love it, always come back to play just for fun. Please when are new challenges going to come out?? 10/10 just wish there was new gameplay/challenges Had to drop to 4 stars instead of 5 because. Yes the game is still playable but when using the fire bombs they just stay there making it unable for my people to leave the kingdom unless I save, exit game, re open. Every, single, time.. *Your latest update killed my game. It won't even load. Something is incompatible with older versions of Android, I believe. [One of my favorite games, with great new content in Norse Lands. Marvelous graphics, soundtrack, and storylines. There are new elements in Norse Lands that make the game even more interesting.]. One of the best survival/city builder games i played on pc in the past years. Fully functional on mobile. Huge respect for the devs.
Amazing game. Countless hours of fun. Would love to purchase DLC but refuse to until they add a 4th save slot. 1 save slot for each story but other reviews claim if you get dlc you must restart a save. What a shame.. My god have I devoted endless hours of my life playing this game, ever aspect of it is thought of and no part of the game is a let down, there are constant surprises and just when you think your safe some stronger enemy will reek havoc on your people, only downside is sometimes its a tiny bit confusing like when you die you switch characters and stuff, but 10/10. Barely got into the game and the swipe down to action isn't working. Have to sit there and just drop coins and move the guy around until it decides it wants to work. Really love kingdom crown series. But this sequel really special i really fall in love with this, god what time to be a life i can play like this game with phone now.
