There seems to be in issue with Google play. Unable to switch an account for my son to play on my phone. Fix your app. Cannot get into game to contact support.. Love this game but needs to have more detailed info on how everything works,other than that a great game overall. I used to play this back in 2013 under the name of lionor (the account is lost due to a server issue ad. I can't get the Gmail) but this game has gone downhill especially during the Russian bot raid of 2016 and it's new ptw focus I used to love this game but .... Even the classic servers are no longer fun all that's left are ptw sweats with no sense of community or harmony or massive discord factions hogging all the land preventing other younger factions from playing the objectives!. I really enjoy this game. I like the building and themes, playing with friends and meeting new people is always cool. Why rate a 1 you ask? When you have a p5,p4, 3 p3s and several c30s within 2 days of a new kingdom open...your game is broken,the Chinese ruin the kingdom within minutes of touching it. They attack everyone and rule everything without giving anyone else a chance..screw this, im out.. I've enjoyed the game for years our kingdom was 1554 and for the most part we were evenly matched, however it took me years to build up an alliance of any strength,made up of multiple nationalities,which added to the enjoyment, however you merged us with a new kingdom comprising mostly Indonesian and Chinese clans of immense strength,now you are losing money because everyone is bored and upset at not having any chance of winning anymore!! Please address this!?.
I love the game, but it needs a lot of work and bug fixes and optimization! it strains the phone over time. Regardless of how strong your phone is, the servers need an upgrade as well! as with events, it gets laggy, and glitchy heroes disappear and rally marches warp into a different dimension. The game is good. It just needs a lot of care and love. this game is not fair chinese is using rss speed cheat they don't care about you developer said it guys just drop this game rating guys they don't deserve to be in playstore they not fixing anything I'm not playing this game since all cheating Chinese is existing in this game so please guys if you want to notice you make this game rating to 1.1 so they know if i have suggestion that would be a fix your game performance so many player will not comment like fps drop optimization need. This game has age rating 12...do not allow children to be exposed to this kind of racism and discrimination..the bullying and hateful speech is an ongoing issue..nothing Is ever done... I lost my account last year haven't played in a while managed to get help and support to help me retirive it. Cannot fault customer support maybe took about a week but 3 days it was banned. Been playing this game for years. It would be nice if it was a little less pay to play and a lot more play for fun. The moderators are players themselves and they will take sides in disputes between alliances and players in kingdoms. You will continue to get 1 star until moderators are disciplined for their actions.. this is frustrating! the game keeps loggin me out everytime i tried to do something outside the castle! arggg i been playing for 5years and nobody answers my trouble call!.
I reopen my account which I used several years ago, but now i can't reopen, because it's stuck or hang. What should I do?. Fun game all though one needs to have a college degree to figure out all the ins and outs of the game! Lastly cannot figure out how to remove that horrid Azzure Moon 7th Year Anniversary effect!!!!! That is driving me nuts. I hate it. HELP someone. Very expensive game also.. I've played COK since 2016 and quit twice, my last and final time being last year. The game has ventured away from team play, to 1-3 mega multimillionaire type spenders who rule the kingdom. A new update is released every 2-4 weeks. These updates typically cost $5k+ per troop type to max. You'll have to wait 6-12 months for it to be cheaper, and 12-24 months for it to virtually be free. Unless you have 12 hours a day to maintain your daily quest, and a trust fund. This game isn't for you.. The game has become completely lopsided. There is no balance of power. ELEX how many new players remain on the game for more than a few months? I doubt very many, why? The inability to defend themselves. I have been playing since 2015 and cannot compete against 90% of my kingdom. Apparently, Clash of Kings is played by Rich trust fund babies.... no wealthy person would drop tens of thousands of dollars on a time-consuming phone game..
Don't download,, 100% pay to win game, This game is a total fraud, filled with bots and scammers and the game doesn't care ! After all its made in China, rubbish!. Please fix the bugs regarding account switch and login....it's getting worse with each update....game keeps crashing while on login screen..... Over $100 in charges made for this game, and they won't refund it, but they banned my account after my phone was stolen. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME TO PLAY they refuse to respond to emails. I used to play this game early release but now it's just pathetic. This game is the definition of pay to win, If you don't spend money don't expect to even get close to becoming a top lord. This game is catered to the Chinese and they will always be stronger. "How do we improve this game?" Idk, don't give the Chinese the best deals and get rid of the pay to get equipment system.
Considering I've played this game years this game has become rubbish will all massive power too not letting anyone grow. One of the best games here for sure.. I used to play this game like 7-8 years ago, and now I came back.. gives me nice feelings and nostalgia for great times back then.. :). Major red flag when the game refuses to start unless it gets direct access too sd card and storage, hard pass. Especially when it clearly says it could store data internally but then closes the game out when you deny all storage access.. It is very good but I forget my old account so I start once again from level 1 but i love this game. 2 days ago. I logged into my game. it not my castle. it a beginner castle.. Im a level 30 castle in kingdom 1189 alliance ATW. can.t found a email to get ahold of clash of kings. it not the cok@aon. my other member is have same problem. you can.t even get help in the level 1 castle. About 30 min in ,I got about 15 bugs I had to close it and open it again for it to work. The game is broken now apparently, you get soft-locked in the tutorial which you can't skip. When it tells you to click the wood production thing it moves over to building something totally unrelated and once you get to that screen you can't click on anything and if you reopen the game it's the same cycle all over again. Fix this for God's sake.
This game is so bad, installed it again after 2 years and there's so many bugs can't click on anything it's literally impossible to get through the tutorial. This game is only those who understands ASAP and who can adopt experience little faster otherwise it can be little trick to understand it, try it very cool. Like playing the game played from day 1 I started in kingdom but it only letting me do a few things then it freezing on me so I can't do anymore so I have to detele the game then download the game again but it freezing all the time I done all the updates as well. I 1st installed this game back in 2014/15 I haven't really played that much or made much of a progress used to play for a few months and go off and on again, but the time I played I really enjoyed this game very much, I once just teleported my castle to another kingdom to attack my friend. The small alliance I was in at the time is now a very big and formidable alliance. Today I'm installing again after more than 2 years bringing back good nostalgia.. Use to be Great. Returning player of 4 years. It's all pay to play now. 99% of players are so powerful you can't ever get any wins. Not unless you poor money into the game. ...sad thing is I could not imagine being a new player coming in. No room for new players with how powerful most players are.. Good game but you can only succeed an grow stronger by spending lots of money. Very expensive game to play hard to grow without investing Thousands of dollars.
I can't recharge gold on the game but I was doing it before. Keep telling me I should make sure I select the country of my play account. I am in Nigeria but still can't find a way to fix this bug. I reinstall the game and my game just bug when I press the map its automatically go to stables and then I can't do anything can someone help me ?. Too much crashing since last two updates. PS. After 8 years tried to play it again,and again,still crashes.Nothing new.. Dont ever spend money on this game. You would be better off just lighting it on fire and watching it burn. I was hurt and uninstalled game there are bunch of hacker auto farms auto shield even p5 are auto shield. i complained about them GM asked questions and name coordinate when you provide information they will ask for clips screen shoots after week they will say that castle is not in our records give some latest info. Hacker will destroy you if you are off but you can't because they will have auto shield. Few can be complained and possibly get ban if they are lower then 26 level but they are 1000+. Every update need to remove apps from my device to fit in new data , infair game between spenders n non spenders ,... just money based upgrading. I can't log in this game,it ask me to updated new one but no function update available..so how I can log in. Clash of king is one of the kind as a strategic game the best and epic graphics and contents for more than 7 yrs.
I have to admit the game is fun, Addicting but it has to many updates, getting demo ic in nature, The occult, witchcraft, ect I don't like that part.. Trash game doesn't even work I have scouted the alliance fort 12 times but it keeps making me repeat the same quest over and over in the "tutorial" but you can't skip the "tutorial" so I'm permanently stuck in a glitched game that will never progress lmao this game is pure garbage made by garbage developers. I haven't played this game for 9 years unless you play a lot of money into the game not even the game makers protect you from verbal abuse physical bullying if you're a smaller Castle don't spend money. So if you don't mind physical and mental torment great game as you play you will notice on 90% of the general population of this planet hates Americans and they proved it in the game by verbal abusers. . I've been experiencing bad game on the app, the game stop functioning at the unsealing of the sage, I don't know if it's due to updated version error or something else, I don't like it. Game are good but developers sometimes make big mistakes for example alliance city which makes Great impalance between alliances in same kingdom even changing throne became very difficult,pls fix it. I have a very bad experience in your game. Fixed your game. Please check the game version update. Most players in your game doesnt have a 9.11 game version update. We cannot play Ada event, because it needs 9.11 version. Do not say anything, just fix it..
The game is ok.. Graphics good for its size but the disparity is too much between the money spenders and non spender. Now really heading towards money grabbing game.
