What is worse is that the support team actually falsified a reason to a recent issue that I enquired. After I exposed that lie, the support team ceased all communications. Too many bugs, banning an account without checking registering account for ava sucks in this game, money grabber. Delete the game guys as early as now and don't recommend. Got a banned error to my small alts when i was trying to register for ava and this is the first thing it happened worst game guys please dont download this money grabber and will have tons of issue . Use to play this game played it for 5 years started in K20 when everything was cheaper to build and as the years went by it got more and more about spend money spend money spend money spend money spend money spend money Non-Stop... The only ones they listen to are the ones spending thousands to completely destroy anyone who is not. Big spenders are above the rules. Constant harassment and bullying but they won't do anything to stop them as they spend thousands a week. Biggest spender got 2 people to kill themselves and they did nothing about it. If you don't spend they don't care. Unlesss you have about 400 a month to invest to keep up with the constant new researches and stuff you might as well not download. I've been playing for almost 5 years. It was ok the first couple but now it just figures out new ways to get ppl to spend..
Can't even log in correctly even with strong wifi because of hug bugs.People is quitting a lot and about to delete this game after threes.Dont waste your time there better games. Just reinstalled after a year off...oh my ridiculous, regular ports open, so strong players can decimated non spenders. Only dragon suicide through store, so good for spenders. Pathetic upgrade costs unless you want to wait a thousand days. The Developers have royally screwed this game. No way could anyone start anew unless you mortgage your house...THIS GAME SUCKS. Game is steadily hanging up my phone calls because of the developer's lack of privacy this game shouldnt be messing with my phone calls thats privacy invasion. The new behavior of the app to wipe game info forcing me to go through the whole new set up and re enter all logins each time the device restarts has definitely been a step toward getting me to stop playing. Has become pretty worthless.. Game is so unbalanced...you have to live in a bubble....the almighty $$$$ rules this game...if you dont spend...you go no where....do not download this game. No support you need money if you want to win, no more strategy to it. Sad cause it was fun before totems.
After playing for 5yrs approximately, cc21 was top ,now its cc41 ,= lots of money spent. Takes so much time to do research, like thousands of days if you don't have speedups, but the players have too buy them if they want to grow. Yes I'm still a current player, but I'm in my own alliance with 5 accounts, my biggest account is cc32 ,that is after 5yrs!. Play the game if you want, but you will get zeroed by bigger players.. It sucks now. When it first came out it was lots of fun and you could truly say it is also a free to play game but it's not anymore!!! Far from it..... This game is for spenders only but use the free to play thing to get people in the game then get them hooked on to buying packs. But the main thing that sucks about this game is you can spend up to 5000 on a account and give it 1 or two years and that account will be worth probably 300 because of all the new updates..... This game caters to only the heavy spenders. If you don't have thousands a month to toss into this game, this is not for you. Lol Support just feeds you excuses after excuses and nothing changes. Unless of course you're one of those few big spenders. Game would be fun if support would work with the whole game populace and not just the few. Atleast there's decent people to meet from around the world and have exchanges with.. Changed to one star because myself and tons of my teammates are stuck during faction event while other players keep on playing. Servers and pay to win have been at an all time high and it's just driving people away more than ever.
Game has been turning for the worse lately. Lot of black market rss and gem selling, mapnfilled with lvl9 floaters for gem mining and event rankings for multiple events are for people just wasting the most money with no strategy or overall power involved. Dev team doesn't hear suggestions and keeps pushing for more resources, gems and speeds to be used each event with no equivalent game drops forcing people to buy packs to event finish an event.. Don't waste time on this. They make it all about money. Some players use nox to get all cristals from Ferryman. Bob replied they're allowed to use memu or nox. Not an fair play or environment.. i love this game. its really addicting.but if ur looking for a game where it dnt take loads of money to be able to fully compete then this one's not for you .this game is super expensive.. Horrible, they keep finding ways to kill ftp players or low level spenders, if they find that ftp are progressing with the events they quickly replace it with something less helpful. Events have become less and less useful if they giving you 50 of one item in one event they replace it by an event that will give you 30 instead. They killed trading items with teammates, because it doesnt make a profit. People are quitting and Write to Support and they keep saying we will forward it. DO not Play!. Spend money to build to level 30. Then they increased the levels higher so spend more money. When you login the first thing that pops up is another offer to spend money. It's all about (strategy) No No the more you spend the bigger you get end of story. The end. If your new don't play unless you have the money to spend to compete with the big boys. Game was fun at one time now it just sucks.. Used to be fun. You can play for free, just not be competitive. The only winning strategy is being a wallet warrior. Least the developers recycle... the same events over & over week after week. Then there's the serious lag (has been getting worse as time goes on) during events and glitches and bugs left and right that ruin an event even if you were looking forward to getting matched up against a maxed player that single handedly demolishes your entire alliance's top players. I know U know Devs.. Way too much pay2win. Now with price increases on the game it's even worse. They charging more for packs making it more difficult for weaker currencies to keep up. They allow harassment to go unpunished as its "part of the game" they refuse to do anything to stop it. Bad enough this is a spenders only game now. Free players take years to achieve something a spender can get in a week. So sad. There is no progression unless you spend..
I have been playing this game forever but I never can get maxed. As soon as I get close to max, they update and create new features that require a ton of money. Like the new elite troops, no way can you get t4 elite troops without spending. I sit here everyday waiting for BoB to start putting certain items in drops but no way. I am max in all ways except for the new research. I am 60b in force yet I can't kill a Outlander lvl 6 monster. You need to do something BoB or this review will drop. Well your so called upgrades cost me my main base that you guys deleted that I can't get back and got no help from support o want my money back that o spent on that base that's lost by you guys. Rich man's game. Unless u empty your credit card there's no way of being competitive at this game. Same events recycle...after four years ive deleted the game. Stopped playing the game once it became difficult to maintain, its starts off super addictive but that all goes away when they add updates that only money players benefit from while little to non spenders cannot contribute in events. This "game" exploits its consumers with microtransactions and loot boxes. over the 4 years I spent playing there was indeed gambling, people illegally setting up shop to sell resources and trusties, bullying, sexual predators, etc etc and no amount of proof or reporting does anything. their answer is always "its a strategy game". Its not unusual for the strong players to have spent well over 10k to win. This game is fun. But the only way someone is a top player, is if they've put the game developers kids through college. There used to be avenues for non payers to slowly progress, but they have been taken away or diminished until they're shadows of their former selves. There used to be something called monster drops where you would get gifts by killing monsters. This element has been completely taken away and their excuse is that it has been replaced by different exciting events. Nobody likes.. Some commentor here are those non spender and dont know how to play :). Im not spender too but i can go toe to toe to other who spend money in the game. Thats what you call strategy. Dont blame the developer :). I will make a video on how to be strong faster and become a great player :). A completely graceless money grab.. been playing 4 years almost now.. it's a good game to make you feel big if you have 10/20 thousand dollars each year for this complete pay to win. This game is for those that have lots of money and lots of time on there hands. The pay to be the top architecture gets old once ur there, more stuff comes out to make u spend more. It's never ending. So pay to play is what you'll do or get left in the dust.. You do have to spend to keep up in this game. Some buildings takes years to level up so speed ups are needed .. wich comes in packs you buy or sometimes get as rewards .. BUT IT is a pay to stay up kind of game. Fun for bit but become monatimus after time doing repetitive things.. I did like this game but it's essentially a money grab you can't max anything in a short time unless you have thousands of dollars.. Keeps getting more expensive to remain competitive and no substantive updates beyond adding repetitive chores to get miniscule amounts of materials for unreasonably expensive upgrades..
There is one issue we need allaince war but we cannot play because of lower force and in faction war too plz update it so we can win top ranks thanks we cannot achieved top ranks because of high ranking players in ava and faction. I'm quite tired of this game the times for researching and upgrades are ridiculously longer the higher you get the continuous mandatory updates eat up to much space. This is pretty much a pay to play game now. So unless you want to loose every event or have a 2nd job just playing this damn game, you need to spend money to rank or win any of the events. Game sucks more and more. And the support for the game doesn't care really. Contact them multiple times and nothing ever changes or gets fixed.. just a forewarning to any who want to play. Better off finding a real game you don't need to spend lots of money or all of your spare time to grow and to compete..
