After changes from years ago the game is a lot better. The only problem is the seasons once you get to legends. 50 days to unlock the better cards is kinda a long time. Only problem is how long progression takes now. As the game progresses it obviously gets more difficult but now I'm having so many problems completing challenges and even winning games granted I'm a legend 3 but I've got my players almost leveled out and still can't win. Also it's almost impossible to get every player and get the ultimate player. pretty fun game. Can advance to at least lvl 20 without spending real money easily enough! * Update * 2/23/24 * Update * Ok still having fun but just realized the in game store Rios you off... I had $218M cash and needed 21 Defensive plays to finish buying all Bronze Defense plays (@ $10m each). Well after spending $210M I am still 3 plays short? So they are not $10m each closer to $10.3m each which adds up after a bit.... I am starting to feel a bit cheated!.
Great game! Only downside is that it takes 15 hours to finish the season. It would be nice if it was like 1 hour instead. Also should make it easier to get CR and make more players in a single pack instead of one.. I really enjoy the game, i like collecting players and preparing for a league game. I would rate this game 5 stars but i cannot list players for sale in market. Will not allow me to type price when i try..
I like the game. Yet I do feel stupid for putting money in it. I put $150 into the game to make my team stronger not make my competition stronger. But now I'm stuck in a loop. I win regular season games 40-14 and lose all my playoff games 14-62 with the same plays. I feel like I'm getting baited into feeding more money into it, or punished for being gullible. Rather than rewarded for spending money.. It's alright, fun to pass time, but I am a Buccaneers fan, and it kinda sucks that Mike Evans doesn't have an Ultimate card or legend card, so I can't really use him. And he is better all-time than a decent amount of the players who do..
Okay, after playing through 100 seasons, I can honestly say the game isn't too bad, but loses its appeal around level 75 (if you don't put any money into it). There are a lot of errors, glitches, and problems with how it chooses which play to run (sometimes, if you put in a new play, it will use it only). The biggest issue I ran into is that once you reach about 75, it doesn't put you in groups that match your level. You can't complete seasons because they start putting people 20 levels above.. One of those play a little then wait for hours for no reason other than to make you buy stuff.. What's the point of making me waiting 15 hours in between seasons? You realize instead of buying something to play more I am just deleting you? Had I had a chance to play the game more I probably would have spent.. but anyways, bye felica.
A decent card-collecting game featuring real NFL players both past & present. The game is NOT a football simulator though, it's more about collecting player cards, playbook plays and various other items used to build a team and play games. There is some strategy involved when it comes to winning games but it's more of a RNG. The most strategic part is using your various resources in order to build the best team you can. If you are into the NFL & card-collecting then this game can be fun.. Love the game!! been playing for a year now and love the way the game is set up from building the team and player personnel to building the other 32 teams with all the play formations on offense and defense. it does slow down later on but still fun overall.
Enjoy the game. Sometimes, it feels like goals can't be accomplished, but that could be because of me. I do have one issue, and that is that the Chicago bears team can't be updated. I have better players, but I can't slot them in. I tried to contact support, but it has yet to fix the issue.. fun, basic game where the more advanced parts are findable outside the game as for tips on how to roster to gain a higher overall team rating. Team rating can go down even if you equip a player with slightly higher overall.
