On the surface, a zombie-esque, survival, dark fantasy game, underneath a resource management, survival, horror game with cadenced downtime and an implicit directive toward maximizing profit margins. Gameplay is fun, well-contained, and responsive. The climb and meta will keep you hooked for awhile.. Absolutely love the concept of the game, it's super fun. But Items I spend real money on should be returned, I don't care if it says scene will be reset, thats total theft when I spend real money and loose the item, because I died. It's stealing no matter how you look at it. It isn't that the game is hard, it's definitely frustrating and expensive to advance.If you are unable to reclaim the items from your previous dead body before dying again, they are just gone.So you are back to being naked, defenseless and the resources are gone. They don't go back where you can gather again. Any items you actually purchased are also gone. While accessing your bag and picking up items, you can't see any oncoming attacks. After losing 2 lives like that, the game loses its appeal.. I love all the different things I can do ans that itnhas a Small tutorial before it let's you play the game on your own. Excellent Game but I want to suggest something for improvement Firstly, please must add a dogde option to dogde from enemies to take less attack because the enemies level is way too high with respect to the players. Secondly, the game requires very huge efforts if player want to build something and find materials, which reduces user experience and statisfaction. Thirdly please I beg you to make the size of storing an item from 20 to 50. These things will improve user experience and satisfaction..
good game but, the durability mechanic is a little weak. stuff needs to be replaced often. making it easy to just want to spend money on some supplies. but they won't last.. I really really liked this game and even spent some money, would have given it 5 stars. BUT it now won't even fully load and open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing happens. Really disappointing. Very good game but please add a multiplayer mode and completely different map for multiplayer you will start in a village and then make your own home and you will have to make the village bigger and people will vsiit your village and trade items. This game is a good game but the problem i have with it is that,first its very hard to find a pet and whenever u die u loose all yur stuffs and that is very annoying. Not like westland survival which u only looses item durability when u die.
Because of there energy bar you only get 10 mintues to play the game and have fo wait an hour to play another 10 mintues. It cost energy to move to a new location which takes 5 mintues to clear. Then energy to return to base to store. With out energy it takes 30 mintues to move to a new area. Clear in 5 mintues then 30 mintues back to base to store loot... at this point your already playing a new game and yes I already deleted it. 10 minute game time per hour is ridiculous.. Bad game How I dead and go to the place and I dont find my item and loss it I loss bp inventory 15 .. I'm sure it's a decent game however I dislike the creators response to most of the low reviews. "Play the game right" is not how I'd like my opinion to be treated.. It is a terrible game. It says that if you die, you can go back within a certain amount of time and gather your item back. This is not true at all. The only way you can get anywhere in the game is to spend money, a lot of money! Spending money does not mean you will get anywhere, either. You just die faster. 100% do not recommend if you are looking for a fun game. I have died outside my "castle" by some grim reaper looking thing just as I entered an area and tried to run back out. No skull area..
Game is good. But getting bored and repetitive after a long time playing. Need monthly or weekly event. And it will be great if we can play multiplayer in dungeons with our order members.. I like the game but it's taking forever to get all the ingredients to make better stuff. And they try to get you tu buy equipment but every time you get killed you loose everything you have with you and even if you don't get killed your clothes and weapons just wear down and dissappear. So, for instance, why would I give 5 for a bigger backpack only to loose it the next time I get killed? Or buy clothes and have them "wear out" and dissappear? Yeah, never gonna happen!. I'm playing use 3gb ram weak device & it has unstable fps, specially in large & crowd areas, of course i did anything i can like reduce graphic quality, clear cache... But they're not working. So hope you can do some thing to make fps stable as much as possible even in 30 fps. Whatever, grimsoul itself is a perfect game, no need to change but i think this will help weak device gamers feel more comfortable. Thank you . you cant go into sub menu for even a second when you get attacked and killed and lose everything this needs to be fixed. very bad flaw in game made me lose interest.
Game is ok but it crashes all the time cant connect to server check connection when i tried to report the problem i was asked to give loads of info screen shots etc i did this and never heard back as i said game itself is ok but dont waste your time on it. Had to reinstall game and start again game has now crashed again will not waste my time again either trying to get a responce or playing this game again very unfortunate. I like the aspect of the game it's easy to build up level Im even okay with the energy bar because it makes sure you can't just farm resources BUT I caved and brought a weapon and some armor and even the weapons you buy are not durable at all it feels like a complete on area and weapon is done for and it takes so long create resources. Also when you die you lose everything on you and can't go back to get it so keep that in mind if you buy anything. Great Survival Game .It difficult to find an active clan or search to see who active Iv tried to find one now for a while .More access to pet food would be amazing.-update after joining discord clan finding !!:) just need a little more wolf treats out there .. Please add unique weapons for each God worshipped... each giving a unique set of buffs... and just a suggestion if ever this game gets a Grim Soul 2. Hi Grim Soul, I have a perfect idea for an update. You can find recruits at locations and then build and upgrade tents so something to take them in and they'll protect your loot from any enemies or exiles at your stronghold. Also maybe have a another scarlet hunt for it and yeah that's my idea.. Ive only realized it now. The energy and run mechanism needs a BIG OVERHAUL because energy depletes too fast and each energy refill is always 1 every 3-4 minutes.. Update: this game is still trash. They say it's "hard." It's not setup to be challenging. They do things like waiting wait until you open a chest then send something to kill you while your distracted. It happens constantly! So you lose all your stuff. I don't mean sometimes. I mean literally 80% of the time. The moment you can't see your surroundings they send a npc to kill you before you can close the chest and react. I really like the game but unless you have an unlimited supply of money you won't get very far. $9 a week for VIP!!! When starting you need to put out a lot of money to equip your char. They don't listen to complaints/ suggestions.. just give a lame excuse and keep taking your money..
Can't build or create something when the ingredients are on the box, that's confusing, please fix that so we can create things while the item are on the box. Please make the equipments can last longer because it's super hard to get and it will only last for a sec it will be interesting if it have little long use for fighting btw it's a nice game but super hard to play without money. the idea of a medieval survival game is great the music and gameplay also great but you need to make some updates for new places and the energy system and the upgrade of weapons. It's fun but the night guest is so impossible to defeat for low levels and newbies like me. Even at home since I ran out of wood for the wall, all I can do is run around. I wonder what's the use of the scroll that can stun enemies. For whom to use it against? Not for the night guest nor the Damned and Lepers..
If you have much free time it is game for you. Otherwise just pay. Win to pay game. Just use simple mathematic and your answer is just noncence. The only tactic if you don't want to spend cash just spend your time. And I'm talking years not months. To get some matireals for crafting, you have to play for years or just buy them. That is all tactic.. The idea is nice but it takes hours to do anything if you don't spend. No inventory space. That wouldn't seem like such a major issue if I'd been playing more than an hour.. this game is awesome. I love the gameplay and the controls are so smooth. it's like playing a console game. Can't build any part of my castle. I build some of it but now I can't build anymore it just freezes except when I click the red x..
I love it. fun, gives me something else to do since I hardly use my phone. Impossible to stay alive. Loose all your things. If you buy things you loose ot straight away. Just a way of stealing money this game. This game is good but sometime some bugs bother me very much. 1/ Like your game is running on another device, 2/ I am online but still in order it showing that I am ofline and there is no previous chats . 3/ I complete a small house in my home area and login with another account and when I logged in that account again I lost some progress(my small house),that's all. Otherwise I like this game and please fix those bugs. More seasons like spring and some special events will make the game more fun. Please provide the bag design as mentioned in the rewards, I have played seven days legendary forgotten temple and defeated harid, still I did not receive bag design nor the bag. Also I have played several times the dungeons, i didn't receive any bag design even after defeating Eisenberg 30+ times. Please don't scam us by showing the design in the rewards. I like this game but the rewards what mentioned are not getting and the game difficulty is to high to defeat Aasia. Please improvise rewards.. 1. It's a very grindy game 2. Equipment durability is too low, need to craft a new one for almost each run 3. They throw a lot of overpowered opponent from the start, meanwhile we can't craft any equip to survive or kill them at low level.
great game but this game is for rich people, you have to pay for almost everything and please reduce to time for the energy reboot. Best played by starting a new game whenever one dies. (Clear cache, data). That way it becomes a hardcore survival game worth the time! Overall great experience!. I'm having a problem. I've been this game for 4 months now, and this is my first time writing my review about the game . There are three I'm having a problem with. First is the grindstone. I mean, I literally craft 3 bastard swords, and I was planning on sharpening them all up to 2 for starter's, but all of them are now gone because when I was sharpening them 2 they all break. Second, can you please add another passive skill to the cat, like giving us higher chances of the weapon not breaking?. Add some logic to the game don't copy other games stupid ideas. Like when I hit a mob and run and it swaps it hands in the air oh I got damaged wireless. Like the game is already hard from requests I can't do for having low level. I like the game but its uncomfortable somehow. The slow flow in it is bothering too.
This is a great game and I enjoy playing it but I have only one issue with it and that is the tier 3 or 4 backpack. Like why is it hard to get tier 3 or 4 backpack ? I have completed the forsaken dungeon 1st floor like 32 times and the 2nd floor 12 times plus I have received over 200 golden keys from my game friends and opened 40 golden chest but I still haven't received any backpack (tier 3 or 4) and I am currently in level 119. Pls make tier 3 backpack available.. friends system, not by inviting please. Friend system where we add people we find through chat. And also please add a chat globally or should I acquire it by sanctuary? ://. This is the best game I literally played, and still playing. Through hard grinding for years I've been finally able to have a horse and altar, an unpenetrable stronghold, unique and legendary weapons, but the game still needs a lot of content, like the warhorse upgrade (the horse upgrade is maximum upto hardy lvl 19 still now), torturer dungeon's heroic mode, cart, heavy crossbow etc. and more plaguelands to explore. Been having fun playing this game, I would say it's future is promising but it's been out for a while now. There's a lot of changes needed to make this game great, but devs don't care. It's a money grab. A $300 bundle marked down to 100 bucks, how kind of them..
It's okay. Just don't like that when you die you lose everything. I don't really recommend the game since you can't spawn in the area you died at and get your stuff back. It's really frustrating. Hate that you lose everything even when you buy something. Not cool at all.. Gotta say even more disappointing is the exploding zombie/dead, seriously this die lose everything is BS and u know it, it's a really good game but that's BS and u guys/girls know it. Other games like this at least give u chance to go back and as far as your response on dungeons and such, that's a straight lie as I died and couldn't go back for my stuff, but according to you I should have been able?. New updete is great as I get many rare loot.For example I get saddle from broken cart event, many other..But still I can't find wolf cub in skull 1&2. . It says you lose inventory if it's on a skull mission but no you lose inventory Everytime you die I'm over it.
