Example: I have two crown points with an upgraded shirt/top but the game only sees it at one point. So what's the point of upgrading clothing/wigs? when the game doesn't recognize it. I truly deeply love this game, I've been playing it religiously for a few months now. But for the last two days I haven't been able to get into it, telling me that there's an error and to try again later. I haven't been able to participate in the event or any other challenges in two days, which is frustrating as I previously held a very high position in my ranking I hope this issue is fixed soon, based on comments im not the one having this problem. It was a fun and addicting game at first but now it crashes alot especially during events and now it crashed after a payment and I haven't received any of my items but the payment has been done. I am very disappointed. I want a refund. I even mailed the team but got no response. Sad to seem such a good game crash and burn.. Love this game but there's often times when I claim gems that I'll go another part of the game and the gems will dissapear. Or when using the gems on something it will spend more gems. This is really annoying especially when spending real money for these gems..
Love this game after suffering an injury, and on bed rest I discovered this game, and I'm just as excited to get to the next episode as I am when watching the show on T.v! With money being tight in my household right now it is so wonderful to have other ways to get through the many levels of the game. The only thing I don't like is the repeated wardrobe items that you may already have costing you Rubucks but that's not all that bad compared to these other wallet scam games#ADHDCURE. I'm only giving four stars cause the last time I read the reviews the reply said they go off of performance EVEN THOUGH THE CHARACTERS STAND STILL so I think if that is the case then yall should update the game to where we select dance moves when we go to the stage that way your actual grading off of performance and it would also make the game a lot more fun and interactive while we are performing Other than that I love the game it's so fun but maybe have a 50$ off bonus on upgrading clothes. Edit: why am I losing items I won and collected I don't understand that's why I uninstalled it because items either stay or just disappear please fix!. Really like this game it's a lot of fun. Have had a few issues but for the most part it's worth playing. If you like RuPaul's Drag Race, you will love this app. Have told a few people about it and now they are a fan as well..
It's really frustrating. I thought the bugs have been worked out because I haven't had an issue in a while. But now recently, we're back to issues that make you want to not play the game at all. I ranked #1 in a weekly event. I should have gotten 250+ gems. I was thrilled. I claimed my reward. But the gems aren't there. Why would anyone continue to spend money and compete in tbe challenges if their rewards don't register or disappear? What's the point. And support doesn't fix anything.. This is a good game but there is a problem the game freezes and glitches and the events are hard to complete and could you put the grim and the nevermore fashion stuff back in the shop also could we have more of a variety of fashion stuff in the shop like for example eye makeup and lips, could you also short'n the time for the weekly and season pass events now I can't watch ads to get more toot tickets PLEASE FIX IT AND MAKE IT POSSIBLE . I definitely see this game targeting children. A cutesy racing game for a tablet or a phone with lots of colors and glitter but the catch is it's got men in women's clothing. Yeah definitely targeting children. Other than that, kinda fun.. This is a good game. On several occasions, I found that upgrades I did on events did not sync with the server for some reason. Ads on 4G don't always work right. The more you progress the harder it is. Some of the main challenges don't look fair. For example... my character has to have 3 boom box symbols in the challenge when the npc I am challenging does not. Also, I believe queens who go on stage without makeup should be disqualified. Just some thoughts..
Im absolutely addicted to this game, but it seems it crashes a lot lately during events. Like the event currently going on, then it finally loads & of course I've down several places. It isn't fair to those who put just as much work, if not more...as those who have the money to just buy the outfits etc. For this reason, if I didn't live this game I'd totally uninstall it. It's so frustrating.. This game is still so glitchy. You buy clothing or whatever from the store and you might you get it...but probably not. Also sometime you earn money and the money doenst actually show up. Update: The maxi challenges are ridiculously scored. The computer challenger seems to get much higher points for their clothing than the human player gets. Pretty frustrating... Original: I love this game. It was so much fun with the challenges!. Unhappy with the glitches For instance paying for items in the shop And they disappear.having to pay real money for the passes an getting all duplicate items in the chest. Purchasing items in shops is expensive.should be easier to get items hair makeup&clothing.not free to play friendly. Edit: issues are still not fixed I have put in multiple screen shots as well as in game emails to get problems fix an nothing done yet.the hackers and cheaters run the game making it not fun..
For this Easter event I have not been ableto purchase the common wig or shoes in my event store just the rare top. Every event you can purchase all themed items in the shop rare and lower. I reached out to support immediately when the event began on Thursday and they did not understand what I meant at all, and when I clarified in my reply I was told someone would contact me in 48hrs. Its Sunday. This limited time event is going to end and I'll miss out on a brand new outfit because of my game. A couple of issues: The exclamation points, they stay on the store icon even when there's no free reward, I guess it's just when u can afford to buy an item in there which is annoying when u don't want it. On the other hand, it doesn't alert when u can upgrade some owned item, which would've been great. Then there's the challenges, it's not very fun when it doesn't matter how the outfit looks like, all u have to do is pick the items that give u most points, which sucks the creativity out of it. The game is wonderful with different varieties of course. However I'm trying to download the new update they say they have but I kept nonstop exiting out coming back only for it to say "Girl, that ain't right. It's not you, it's your network." However my network works just fine, it was already weird enough how there was a purple screen at first in the beginning showing the company that made the game and having to select which account to use, to which I shouldn't have to do that.. Super glitchy after the recent update Certain features no longer work at all. Image icons are missing. Lagging gameplay. Not to mention, total app crashes. Highly frustrating!.
Upgraded so many of my items and the game takes my ru$, with out giving me upgrades items I purchased toot coins disappear also after making purchases I don't receive smdh! Over it!. The upgrade/update is taking too long.. It's been taken the entire day, but only a bit gone through I'm updating with wifi, suppose to be fast.. But it's not, i don't know what's wrong.. helppp... Keeping the rating but there's a couple issues with the app I'mhaving. First it seems to be reverting back to an earlier point in time. My toot & boot category this morning completed and began the new category which i entered my outfit into. But by the evening, its like i never did it, wasting an entire day of voting etc. Also when i finish watching an add, the app restarts, gives no credit for the viewing and i have to do it again. It's frustrating. Maybe someone can look into it please. I'm a little over the fact that I can't get the one character I need to move past the same level I have been on for months.
Down to one star after this update. I have been busting my butt to keep 1st place in the monthly leaderboard. After this major update, someone out of nowhere shows up in the group with 4mil ru badges. That's impossible, especially for a new player (which they are). First, yall steal money from me and don't give me my item then you update and ruin the leaderboard and give the game even more glitches. I'm about to just quit this game altogether.. Great game... but I'd love to not repeat the same challenges over and over. With so many contestants, there should be new challenges more frequently!. I love this game. I've had it almost a year now and haven't gotten bored with it. I love the daily challenges, toot and boot and weekly events. My only complaint is, I wish we had more ways of getting makeup... like adding a makeup store would be nice. Other than that the game is great. its a cute game, pretty fun so far. i can see the incentive to pay but ultimately its not pay to play whatsoever. it has a lot of great drag race and other little references. i also think the gameplay is compelling and it does a great job of using some existing concepts and making something original and fun. great game..
I have been enjoying the game thoroughly until the last update. I had the entirety of the Pisces outfit fully levelled, as well as many other such outfits. I updated the game this morning, and the items are gone. I hope another update will fix the issue. However, I was not pleased as I had saved up diamonds from playing and earning, especially to buy the Zodiac/Constellation themed outfits. The only remains pieces of once fully levelled and owned Pisces outfits are the bottoms and eye makeup.. I absolutely love this game!!! I'm as obsessed with it as I am the TV show. Definitely easier if you spend money but it's not impossible to progress without. Good job ru and the crew. Keep it up.. Really love the style of the game, love the idea of upgrading your clothes to a higher level. Love where there is a competition, really fun and easy. Highly recommended playing it.. Overall, this game has loads of potential. Sadly, it's extremely buggy and there's not a lot to accomplish after finishing tasks. Wish the developers would bring back the daily tasks; it felt like an incentive to actually open the game and play it..
Tbh this game lets me have my inner drag <3 + Im like trans ftm and i feel like i can wear girly things without being judged. I spend so much time on this game, it's ridiculous. Managing funds, choosing between upgrades and new outfits, and I love the fact that you can have so much fun on it without having to spend money. There are criticisms, mind you. The little "remember there are promos!" message comes up far too often, in my opinion, and it feels a little bothersome. I usually avoid spending money on games that shove the idea in my face. But, I'll probably end up spending at least a bit on this one eventually lol. Honestly, this game is fun but what I don't like is that sometimes when you open the chest and you get rudollars, it won't show up to your existing money. That's pretty sketchy to me and that has happened several times. I should have way more money than what is appearing. Not sure what is going on and why something like that hasn't been fixed.. IMO, the eyes are way more important than the shoes or lips, but it's super hard to get any eye makeup compared to anything else. You can't even buy it, for some reason. You get a makeup box which could either be lips or eyes, and if you have bad luck, you never get eyes. Frustrating..
Really good and fun idle game! I have troubles with lag, I'll live with it but I hope it gets fixed... After a while running all the animations get choppy, it's slightly annoying but not a huge issue. This game is honestly so fun and very diverse it has one of the better character creators I've seen recently in a game and it's a mobile app. Obviously not everything is perfect, I wish there were more hair colours and maybe a few more body types. I also wish for better sound design as honestly the looping music gets sooo tired after like five minutes like it's a rupaul game... Yet the music is giving girlsgogames And also goddd the constant begging for money I'M BROKE!!!!!!. Love the game, it's very well done, there's plenty of challenges and rewards! Wish the wardrobe search function had the option to search by color, please add that! And thank you all for this game, keep making it better, I'll keep playing! . Just a really fun game when you love RuPaul's drag race on MTV... One of my bucket list things is to meet RuPaul never got to when I lived in California when I was younger..
Loved the game but not anymore. It is hard to explain what is wrong with it. You just have to play it and see why.. I do love this game. I've had to spend real money to advance, however. It's kind of hard to get further without spending a bit. It's quite addictive once you start, so good luck! Im changing my review. This game has devastated me. I've been playing this game for over a year & have bought many season passes and participated in lots of events. There are annoying glitches that sometimes happen in the events, like a werkstation maxing out at lvl 200, or not recieving a reward after watching an ad. My main problem is that I've invested money and time into this only for me to lose all my progress and ending back at Episode 1 with all my data apparently lost when I got a new phone. Is there was a way 2 get the data back?. I love it. ~ I really enjoy playing. It leaves my mouth jaw dropping, and shaking my head. I'm now logged into the game. I'm a new Comer. Downloaded this game 3 days ago and was excited to get started. But it won't even move past the First Loading screen. Mama Ru love this game but she is lagging not sure why but I really love this game I am going to reinstall and see how it goes. This game is fun, but needs more challenges and content over all. Maybe I'm missing something, but there's nothing to do after getting all the stars in the daily challenge and maxi challenge, other than upgrading. It glitches and sometimes I'll select an item, like a wig for example, but a totally different item will appear. With some updating and more content it would be a fabulous game.. I really enjoy playing this game. It's fun, there are a lot of clothes, events and challenges, so it's always fun and it doesn't get boring. And it's one of the very few games that don't have ads. I definitely recommend..
The fashions are nice, theres a few different body types and options... And! Toot and Boot is super fun? I wasn't expecting that. This game is sickening i love it the fun doesnt stop at first u dont get what ur doing but then u start getting in to the groove and im playing it everyday u betta werk. I had recently run into a technical problem and the support team were very responsive and able to quickly discover the issue and correct it. They were also extremely easy to communicate with - very quick to respond to my emails. Grateful for their help!. It was a 5 star rating. Till this morning, during the goth event ( going on right now 3-13-24) . I had 3 stations open and automated, when I got home the progress disappeared. And I have to start from scratch. F that. Fix it or I'm u installing the app. Love the game but there are often technological errors, for example when clicking on an ad option to double rewards, it may reload the game and then you don't get the rewards so it's not worth it. There are sometimes glitches where you can't see your opponent's makeup/hair/clothing (mainly eyes) and it just shows up as a black rectangle. Also I don't mind the optional ad options to help boost you in the game, but it's very annoying when it tries to force you to click on a payment option, pushy.. Love this game It's like a dress up game for adults something I needed I just hope there is no little kids playing this I will be traumatized then. It's a great game, but please fix the symmetry on makeup, some lipsticks are so crooked that it makes the character look goofy..
Glitching, as soon as I try & go to the werk room I can't click anything on the screen. Shame I used to love this game & wanted to pick it up again. Tried resetting the app, uninstall & re-instal nothing worked!. lost all my progress but was fun until then, now stuck on episode 6 as it wound let me do anything, not even move the screen :/. Finally works loving it! Wish there was mini games to earn more cash. Keeps crashing alot of micro transactions and a ridiculous amount of adds. Crashing more than normal close to uninstalling.. I think, when we have leftover rufilm or what ever we are collecting for upgrades each event, we should be compensated for it. At least rudollars would be nice, even if its a small amount. Some people buy gems to get rufilm and then I feel it's lost since not used. Another way, we could have a bank and hold what we don't use and when the event is back we should be able to use them..
I'm not receiving my ru badges for some reason during this Pagina event. I'm stuck at 528/650 level 45. I should be at least level 52.. I love the Toot or Boot challenge! The mini events are good as well. The work time is still way too long!. These developers are so bad at their jobs I can't even log in. It says 3rd party login fail please sign in. If I'm not signed in how tf am I leaving a review then yall suck at your jobs. Why is your game refusing to let me log in but it's still sending me notifications? The game refuses to load and yet I keep every 2 minutes receiving notifications for me to come back to play the game but you won't let me play the game cuz you won't let the servers log me in. So could you please stop sending me notifications until your server is fixed..
Love this game, I am addicted! HOWEVER, my one extreme frustration is the Maxi challenges. No matter what I do, I can't seem to win. Make it fair, please! Other than that I am a faithful player! Thanks for the addiction lol.. I really like this game and have played it for a long time but recently it's been really buggy and now literally will not let me into the game as it says theirs an issue with my Google account even tho I've checked a million times and am infact logged in :(. I just noticed that the items or clothes I brought or receiving is not showing in my wardrobe for example i brought a fur suit and a few days I can't find anymore the fur suit that I brought and when I go to shop the fur suit I just brought is labeled as "new" or "fresh" in the store please fix this I have so much rubills/rucash spend in the clothes and for the upgrades, and also the weekly runway challenge is having a error when i win i didnt get my badge and also the rewards. thank you!. Great, except watching ads gets real tiring. Hope there's an option to pay and block ads like in other games. Okay I had to change my review so fast but I realized when i clicked the thing to get 30 lipsticks for an ad it'd just subtract one lipstick from my balance and wouldn't play an ad so I spammed it and now I have -92 lipstick help . I really liked the game, play it everyday and buy things, the last update cleared all my purchases and I have to start over . I absolutely adore this app, especially since the addition of Toot & Boot. I would love to see more events or competitions like it, where your personal style is judged more than the outfit point totals (don't get me wrong - I enjoy the point challenges, as well). It's just so nice to get to show off your own creative choices. The one complaint I have is with matchmaking for dailies and weeklies when using tickets. Buying tickets with $$$ just to sit thru 10+ ads per ticket to find a fair match..
