Love the app, they're nice with the amount of gems you receive and to spend them on interactions really isn't that expensive. Out of all these kinds of apps out there. This for sure is sitting top 3. Love this game the stories are amazing but I have bought a lot of gems and my buy 500 isn't going up its stuck at 460. I like it just wish the Currency was easier to get not just 1 or 2 at a time When you do the missions. love the game but now it makes me sign it even IF I'm signed in but then it won't let me play the game at all! what's up with that?!?! Please fix I don't want to delete the game, it's my favorite!!. I like the storyline and all the characters but the best parts are too pricey. And the time every good and nice answers cost a gem. This is my only problem continuing the story..
No character customization. Forced to play as a human. Edit: after developer comment reinstalled app. Character customization is avaliable. But not in a meaningful way. The Characters we interact with are allowed to be all these fantastic races. But we are still blank slate boring characters. Fundamental problem with the experience is that we have no personality or uniqueness to ourselves. But I appreciate the dev update that they tried. Added one star.. I like this game a lot,really! The stories and different scenarios are something different (in my opinion). However,I had MeChat before it went popular,and I was logged in. I earned gems and stuff, which was a cool feature, too! Sadly, when I unistalled it because of my lack of space and then installed it after I had enough space, a new update was available. I got it, and I had to log in again. However, when I logged in again, all my achievements were gone:(. Still a good app tho!!. I'm enjoying the app rn and I like the update with more avatar customization, but can you bring back the old presets alongside the updated avatar choices? I liked the one I had before and I can't quite get my new avatar to match her exactly with these new choices.. I love the story from sweet to spicy I love them all great fun and cheap I love it Now it's even more better finally I can make my mc look the way I want them bit by bit thank yoouuuu!!!.
It's a good thing but I put only friendship, and non romance and all I got was 18+ and also I barely played I don't know if it always does it but I can't say anything the game chooses for me. Love all the new customization features for your character and I have a lot of fun playing this. The only thing I can complain about is how badly I wish sometimes that the stories didn't have to end with certain characters, but that's not really something can knock the game for lol. I've just updated the game, but the notification popped up with " you have already played a newer version of the game , please update. "???? I've already updated, tho. I need help ASAP. It's so incredibly expensive to play. Yes there are the non premium options but for the full experience, on a single chat and for any extras (outfits, notes etc) it works out so expensive. I feel it makes everything so limited. For that sole reason I no longer play..
Well.. I would give this a 5 star if... This game doesn't make me lose progress and gems when I leave for 2 days... like.. c'mon- and when I got 2,486 gems finally, I left the app for a few minutes then I only had 12?? I worked so hard :/ but, overall, this game is amazing! Keep up the good work! . Very expensive... I wish they could lessen the amount so we could enjoy the game. I will uninstall it soon as it bores me with the amount they are asking :( so sad.. It tries to swallow as much money as it can from you, and you have to be patient to accumulate gems from gameplay or ads. But there are some really fun characters, and I enjoy it.. Stories are good just wish there was a way to get gems in a faster way other than buying and I didn't delete the app , the app was just gone I lost all my progess which is sad and I wish you were able to retrieve it.
So Far This Is On The Low Side Of MEH. The Cost Versus Reward Isnt Worth The Price. And Some Of The Character Art Doesnt Even Look That Appealing So Im Hoping The Story For Them Is Better. Honestly With So Many Characters A Better Business Model Would Have Been To Just Make Each Character's Story Buyable Like A Proper Book. Instead Of This Nonsense Of Having To Pay Bunches Of Gems For Special Choices, Small Artwork That You Cant Even Save And Can Only Screenshot, And Each Tiny Voice Clip.. It takes a long time logging in but when i logged in then it takes long to open i deleted it right on that spot (SCAM) dont downlaod SCAM. it's fun I do wish I could type some of the responses on my side though but over all it's entertaining. Um so, this game doesn't know how to math and I didn't notice it until now. I had 144 diamonds and bought a photo of Zaos for 13 (since they discount the older photos) and it brought his level up for me and gave me 15 diamonds in return. And it brought back up my diamonds to 143??? Am I getting SCAMMED!?!?.
It's pretty nice and has a bunch of good stories! Although I think it would be more appealing if the matches all didn't have the same slender or muscular body type. It's good, but it sucks that everything in it costs gems, including actions and phrases. I understand that buying new clothes for dates would cost gems, because that's something that would cost money in real life. Wanna listen to a voice note? That'll be 24 gems. Wanna kiss your date? That'll be 14 gems. Wanna say something that won't absolutely break them? Another 20 gems. Watching the ads gives you 3-5 gems at a time, which makes it impossible to play the game without spending real money.. It's really is a great game but I really want more customization options, my character is darker than me but I'm not Asian, and her lips are much bigger than mine, and I'm blonde but my hair is medium at best. I just feel like my character isn't even me. Update: has been 8 months since I originally left this review and still they have not done anything about character customization. At this point why have ANY customization options if you're not gonna add more over time?. Too much of a freeium game. Paying for in game currency with RL money should be optional and not shoved into your face all of the time with adverts and stuff. I just want to play the game for the stories not for the adverts of things I can't afford because I'm too dirt tail poor to waste my money on games for anything..
low-key love this game with all my heart. Cures my loneliness one thing that would make me really happy is if y'all added like voice lines for the dates OMG THAT WOULD BR AMAZING! but besides that LOVE ITTT . The women's day sales are great - there is no possible way to play without paying you money. Which is not great for any women playing your game. :/ Where is the X to get out of that????? Do women just.... REQUIRE to pay you money now??????. Really enjoying it but to actually progress in a good way you have to pick the premium options and these work out really expensive. I've found myself concentrating on one chat now. It's too expensive to go for premium options for all of them. I hate how you gotta spend gems for anything good. None of the ads to get more gems worked so I was broke immediately and couldnt by the ONE DECENT OPTION. I hate games like these cuz they always require gems. It is was fun at first but after u waste all your gems, it's the worst game ever.
I'm a Premium Subscribers who just had to replace my old phone and now I can't sign in with my email address not goggle but my regular email.. I love being able to watch ads for gems as you can do all the gem options & unlock without paying. The rewards for dailies & awards are terrible but anything is better than nothing. The stories are still fine despite the many problems. I have never loved a story fully. I end up hating your character at least once in every story. My last 2 date outfits for Gal from the last update still don't show up. I have contacted support and I tried what they suggested but it didn't work.. Love the new update so we can watch more ads for biamonds but a little suggestion that may bring more people to the app make a Non-binary option for their character and make the man version a little more cute and women like the options right now aren't very women like and maybe make it so you can change the color of the hair style and pick the color the person would want.. On multiple occasions I've paid for gems and it's not worked, the stories are also boring unless you pay a fortune on gems, not worth it at all..
Literally OBSESSED the character designs are immaculate and each story is very interesting, just wish we had more ways to get gems even just a little bit but I love this!. The game is fine, but after i deleted it, the VIP subscription updated and charged my card w/o my knowledge. I expect a refund.. I love this app! The only thing is that there are no characters with mental disorders like adhd, ocd, or things like that. While I love that there is no gender specific things, and a lot of representation, I would like to see representation of mental disorders, as I have some myself, and I find it hard to find someone to date because of it, and it would make me feel seen, like I do actually have people like me out there. Edit: still here, this playing, still loving mechat!. UPDATE: It's hard to believe that in 2024, app developers are still making games that lack diversity and representation...I went through almost 70 profiles, before I got to a POC..
Its a great game but for me its been a bit laggy when i try to open the game and the time between chats are way too long.. It would be a great game if there would be a way to get enough diamonds to keep at least a story going without having to pay.. I'm obssesed with the game :3(my only kinda complaint is that "Tim paws story is not finished :< )(like i want y/n Tim to have the happy ending they deserve. My other actual complaint is that i'm scared if i need to redownload the game my in game progress will dissapear since I can't log in with facebook to save it. The reason I give this app 2 stars, is because Ive paid 12.86 3 times to get a special character and it would give me the gems from the deal, but not the exclusive character I paid for, and I'm not paying for it again!.
Kinda fun but also really irritating and annoying with how you can go back and try something different or redo a mistake you didn't want to make, can't even reset a whole story if you wanted to if your in the middle of it you have to finish the whole damn thing before you can and just waste more gems. Its not entirely based on accounts, everything is going to be hard burned into your device meaning you'd have to factory reset if you actually want to start a fresh account which is more annoying.. still slower than Christmas. seriously when you update you're supposed to make it better. no improvement of the game play. yeah I like to read but it's torture when you have to wait for 5 minutes in between your dialogue and the response of the matched. BORING AS HELL. It's very fun. I enjoy learning about each character and how different they all are. I reccomend this to people who enjoy learning new subjects and talking to people without them actually being real, introverts I mean you. Only down side is there is a crystal currancy for somethings. So if watch a million ads, spending real cash, or crying silently in a corner because you wish you could get more dialogue/story then maybe it's not all that and a bag of chips.. I like it this app I am a big fan of this project March 5 is my birthday I want a story that similar than anime like Levi from attack on Titan mixed with fantasy, romance, thriller I'm wondering that could be happening.
Is it just me who's facing issues with ads? Like I try to play ads for bonus diamonds but they never proceed.. I love this game. Some of the characters Facial expressions are a little bit strange but I think it's funny.. Reason why I'm giving the app 3 stars is because the sign in feature doesn't really work. It legit took me over 2 hours to sign back it. And my Internet is very good. And the bodies. There needs to be more body types, And A skin color section, that doesn't customize your whole face. So back to the sign in feature, Yeah, I've tried with multiple accounts. It always says "you are signing out if your account are you sure you want to do this" it doesnt even show im signed in. Its a bug. Needs fixing. I will comment on the recent update leaving us with only one or two gem ads... I've been playing this for a long time and was disappointed to say the least if you keep dropping the gem ads I'll have to stop playing.. Please give us back our ads so people can have a chance at playing it's expensive even if you purchased the app.
I wish that the Ai wasn't premium and you can have more options for your avatar and you don't have switch a character just because it has the same story. I love playing it. It's really fun and has something for everything. It's so good I would give it a 5 stars but I've run into a problem. Whenever I open the app it's telling me to update it but once I go to the play store it tells me that there is no new updates available. Please help if you can. . Had to drop my network and now I just get stuck on the title page. Sad to see it go.-namnam I have cleared the cache, uninstalled 3 times all with the same reults. Page comes up and says welcome and the heats color bounces back and forth and the little tips just keep scrolling through. One day I let it keep scrolling untill my device went to sleep, with hopes it would open and it did not.. this game is the best for spicy moments. the only problem i have with it is the fact the answers are not mine and the character is less educated than me.
It is ok and I like the difference in all characters but the gems are just no enough for the photos, audios, or even the clothes.. I like that MeChat is very generous when it comes to receiving free gems, if you're not wishing to pay to play. The only real issue I have is that sometimes the game can be slow to load, when you open the app to load and play.. Considering it's still not fixed, I'm leaving it at one star. I want to be able to click on whoever I want without having to switch the characters just because their similar it's stupid. I hate this game... I hate how addicted I am to playing it. There are so many unique (and hot) characters to choose from, the art could be described as godly and the conversations are enough to make you kick your feet and giggle outloud. Will def be playing this for the foreseeable future. The only thing that I would like changed is probably more ability to customise yourself and the ability to select more genres. Well done to the creators for this swoon worthy game..
Yo the games amazing it's just for some reason it would not let me go on dates anymore I please try to get it fixed! What I mean by "not go on dates" I mean when it's time for me to confirm my outfit it won't let me Ps.i can't find the sign out button. I love this game so much!. The art work in each profile and all the characters is absolutely beautiful!. I would love to see Lewis Hill and Tamura blood come back though!. I absolutely love their storylines!. Great game!. I definitely recommend this game!. You guys should focus on finishing EXISTING storylines rather than adding new ones which causes the existing ones to "end" on cliffhangers.. Some stories are poorly written, but there are plenty nice ones, getting gems can be a bit tedious. All smut is locked behind gem also normal dialog is nicer with gems. Personally i would recommend to get the gems needed (either by plenty free methods or buy if you're desperate) but there is considerably few times where you feel like a jerk for choosing free choice. Overall much better than similar apps, both in amount of free gems and quality of free choices.
Straight horrible experience was told by customer service to explain the problem to a fully different company that don't even make games don't download this it's just there to take your money. I honestly like the stories. The thing is if you're free to play person you'll gonna wait for the ads or chat another character to get gems or watch ads with 3hrs cooldown. Hope the devs add more way to gain more gems because the cost in the story way more expensive than getting gems in daily task. Also give newbies gift code so they can enjoy the stories.. Pretty good but you basically NEED money+ gems for the game, even if you complete the story you csnt get a good ending without spending the all the gem options. And you got to start ALL over which means more spending. This game is a good concept but you can tell its money hungry.
