It is 3/6/2024 three months since I wrote to you about this problem. I have again tried to download Garden Decor and you are still downloading Space Decor Island. I would think at least one emp.oy could try to download Garden by using Google Play and fix it. How difficult can be.. .. Like and Love This Cute Game .. .. Like and Love The Music Too .. .. Wish, I Can Play This Cute Game , but It Won't Let Me Go On Facebook, so I Can Play It With My Friends and My Family Too .. .. But Great Job Guys and Gals ... This game was interesting until I got to level 159 you people gave me only 14 moves without any boosters meanwhile the game is very difficult you people should do something about it or else I will delete this game and download another game better than this one because there are so many decor games I can download that will not be difficult.

This game has cheated me out of so much money. I have complained and done what I was asked to do to try to fix this. But no matter what it offers me, I cannot do anything with it. It keeps coming up with the error saying I updated this game as you requested but I still get the same error message saying my internet is not working. I have twenty games on my phone and this is the only one I have trouble with. It says it's not taking my money but it's not giving it back either. I can't empty my pigg. I really like your game however I don't think you give enough boosters to help get through a level. I also don't like if I want 5 extra moves that I have to watch an ad and spin the lottery wheel and only end up getting one move or jewels. A lot of other games give extra bonuses..
Was doing great until about a week ago I got to room 9 the kitchen and now it won't update to let me in or even play at all it is stick at 80% i even tried Uninstalling it and re enstall still same issue!! So sad PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. I really like this game! The graphics are amazing and the choices for the items are all awesome! I'd like to get more diamonds since extra turns cost 90 and you can only get 20 a stage for watching an ad, but if that changes, you get a 5 star!!.
Game will not let me change avatars, name, nor am I able connect to Facebook. Also, I've hit a number of squares several times, and haven't been able to clear them. This has been the problem since I started to play this game now for years. Now I'm entertaing removing the app altogether. These are why I gave it one star.. Good game I don't know what's up with the update? The game no longer opens! The screen is stuck on "downloading update file" will update when or if the update happens! I am a HUGE FAN of ZYMOBILE GAMES btw!.
I got stuck at loading room 35, it got to 86% and now it won't load anymore. Been like that for more than a week now. I liked playing it but now I am just about ready to get rid of it.. This has been a fave game for me recently it helps with my anxiety and I would give it a 5 star rating but today when I went to play it the game loads and then gets stuck at 87.62% uploading data files. I'm too nervous to uninstall and reinstall because I'm pretty high in level now and don't want to lose my progress. Please fix..
Please help, I love this game, but unfortunately it stuck now. It says downloading room 30, but it won't go past 81%...I couldn't play from last night, still stuck today. I updated the game, but nothing works. Don't want to uninstall and reinstall, don't want to start from the beginning. Please help and fix the problem. Thanks!!. I love this game. However upon trying to unlock a new room, my game asked for an update. Ever since it's frozen on the update. I've emailed support with no feedback. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, however no success. This game helped me de-stress and I thoroughly enjoyed it, however now I'm stuck and not receiving any feedback as to how we can fix the issue.. July 18......STILL FAIL TO RESPOND...THERE HAS BEEN NO FIX. THIS CONTINUES TO BE AN ISSUE. IT IS NOW FROZEN !! I sincerely hope all other players will let Google Play know how ineffective this developer responds to critical feedback IT SHOULD SURPRISE ME BUT THE DEVELOPERS AREN'T REPLYING OR HELP. DOESN'T RESPOND TO EMAILS EITHER. As typical this developer fails .. I just played several games &it continues to lose the coins you earned..I don't understand why. Developer doesn't bother to reply.. I am getting extremely frustrated and agitated with this game. I have been waiting for MONTHS AND MONTHS for you to put up more rooms. Not to mention the fact that you cheat players out of moves. Also , only 20 moves for boards that are extremely difficult? It's like you don't want players to win. I also don't like how you are repeating game boards I am very close to deleting the game all together!!.
Some of the levels are unimaginably hard but the worst thing is that you get so far then the game freezes. So I decided to play another game from the same company and the same thing happened. Stay away from all of these space decor games. They're all virtually the same game with just different pieces on the board.. It IS addictive, however there's very little designing. You spend most of your time playing & trying to complete the levels. Unfortunately, the games that you must complete in your order to decorate, will freeze on you. I DID email support, but, no response. I give up..
