Game lacks now firstly when played it was playing smoothly I always often played it and it is enjoyable but now it is lacking very much that's why I uninstalled please look into it if lacks continuous then it's irritating I gave it 5star if problem solve only.. Nice set-up but not a game to be taken seriously. Players can just move soldiers between towers quickly to increase numbers quickly. No strategy required once you master this technique. There are more exciting games out there. Unfortunately 1 star, as I don't think this will go anywhere. Will be removing this app soon as game is the most irritating I have played so far. Fun game when playing the computer chapter levels. the PvP would be great too if 4/5 of the time you weren't put against opponents with supperior cards .Half of the time the game is over before it starts the other Half need luck in the random tower generates. Update: it is still a fun game but the "best fit" match making is still trash. This is 5 stars if this would just get fixed. I would wait 60 seconds per match to play against similar cards/ arena level.. I love the game but whenever you get to a higher rank they knock you down multiple levels. Kind of no point to keep playing if you can't advance. Alsow when you get to higher rank. I get matched with people 20 levels above me. It's a challenge but. I know it's a losing battle. Love the game but garbage app. I Have to download another app to report an issue?. Scrap !! Not worthy of 3.8 rating. This game deserves rating below 2 stars.. it frequently crashes during the play and unfair advantage it gives to opponent who possess strong cards and more experienced. It will be lighting fast or blinking of eye for them to win the game..
Updated review: Had an issue on my S24 Ultra, but the new update fixed it! I really enjoy this game. Thanks devs for responding to my initial review for support.. Love the game! But I just finished the last campaign mode chapter - will there be more? I'll continue with the arena battles in the meantime. The game is entirely pay to win. People who have enough money can just buy a card that completely bypasses a game mechanic that allows them to win on certain maps without you having any chance of winning.. Really bad game. Yellow Chinese troops of low level beat all troops. back and forth builds troops. All attack when you build. Game is for little girls and cowards. Pointless pay to win trash. Forgot to mention the little cowards emoji bs.
Just keep playing. The longer you play the better. Don't level up too fast. Learn as you go or you will just get beat. Play a variety of troops to learn their behavior. If you only play 3 troops, you will level up fast. Then of you try other troops they won't be leveled up and you'll always lose. This game is about VARIETY. The variety is so great that every game can't be perfectly balanced. If you gat an unbalanced game, jut move on to the next one. Games are short!. You need to spend an ENOURMOUS amount of money to compete. This game is for a small group of trust fund kids with a credit card limit equivalent to the GDP of a small country.. It's fun, but I dislike how you can't level up newly acquired castles like you could in Art of War.. Bad development. 0-60 real quick, with star tasks that take the joy out of the game. They couldn't just transfer the mini-game from their other failure of a game, they had to alter it..

I used to love this game, I've been playing for a few years now. I got the new samsung galaxy 24, now the game keeps crashing, not responding and freezing in the middle of a match. Last program update Dec 19 2023. ---------------------- Old review: Was a good time waster, but constant crashes now on Samsung S24 Ultra. Lucky if it even starts. Removed and reinstalled, tried everything numerous times. Not compatible with Samsung Flagship phones.. Something is definitely wrong with the game Troops are not balanced, any tier troop can take out a max tier troop or gold troop, constantly crashing on my s24 ultra. A base troop should not be able to destroy a gold level troop that's the same level. Not sure if it's been hacked but definitely does not have a fair gameplay. (And I spend money on this...) It used to be fun now it seems completely one sided..
Good game but it gets old very quick. I've been playing this game for a while now, it's getting boring with same old maps and features. Needs updating and refreshing features at least once a year.. Game suxs..if you are good your 8,9,10s will be matched with 15s consistently . Cant progress Apparently developers suck at math. No ads!!! It is quite an addictive game. However there is a serious flaw in the matching system that ruined the whole game for me. If you punch above your weight you will constantly be playing against players with much better units. Obviously leveling up gets harder as you go on, but it's hard to keep playing when whether you win or lose depends solely on whether or not the other player is completely stupid.. Once you reach a certain level, 90% of the matches you play are against ppl that are completely beyond your level, and you will have no chance at defeating them. Pay to win in the higher levels..
This game has the potential to be an awesome game but the want for $$$ has driven the team to build a game where if you don't pay it takes forever to build up your troops level to be able to compete against the big boys. I got to 5000 tropheys quickly but then I had level 9 troops playing against level 13s. Good luck having any success. So to build your troops up to compete you have to pay. Not happening. Uninstalled.. Used to be a fun game.. but now you don't even need skill to win... you just need to buy characters... it sucks when you send 100 troops, and they are countered with 10 p2p troops. Ever want to play a game where your opponet won because they just had this card in their deck? Or what about a game that gives the more experienced players an insurmountable bonus? Well, if no balance and pay to win is your thing, we have the game for you!. I really do like this game so I gave it another try. I had deleted it do to what I thought was some kind mods or cheats . I really think what I experienced was a connectivity issue . So far I've had no problems and I'm back to CLASH ! I just wanted to say thank you to the people who made this game and Merry Christmas !.
Used to be fun now it's a left over cash grab. Updates still happen over an increasing gap of players (terrible balance, read other reviews). The idle game needs your pity since leveling up is tedious. Go play a Nintendo Switch or something, don't waste time here since they give canned responses that don't work! They recommended the summit dual to someone who isn't high enough level. Edit: I'm not going to waste my time sending an email when they WON'T LISTEN to the reviews.. Good for the first week then get your wallet ready. I have only been paired against much stronger players to buy updates. NIGHTMARE of a game because it is fun at the start. Also the daily draw you get crappie cards and strong players to go up against and sum of the ability as ridiculous why not ever player same cards and ability on the daily event. NIGHTMARE Thanks for your lie of a reply if you don't spend money you hit a block wall.. Pay to Win, without special units you lose badly. Seeing an opponent with over powered units, you may as well just quit and start a new match.. Game crashes in pixel 6a after Android 14 update. Please fix. Update. The error has been fixed and the team was very quick in response. Changing the battery settings to Unrestricted has fixed the issue..
The game is trash! the creators think their slick. Right after you lose a match you end up playing against boring ai opponents making it easier for you to win. That way you will continue to play game. Also it's total rigged how the heck when I'm in the lead with 600 plus on my team and end up getting take over by the person who's losing 300 plus? Nope, this game used to be fun but there's no balance. People don't waste your time!. Patch not updating, and if you don't upgrade you exit from the game. I can't reinstall game in every upgrade.. played for a long time. if you get anywhere later the game it'll just be pay to win. I run a group with a level 9/10/12. I regularly go against people with all level 14/15. you'll be on a three-game losing streak and get matched against someone higher rank than you. i purchased the season pass before and all of a sudden you start getting. matched against lower rank people. if you are good at this game you will be rewarded with fighting people that have an overwhelming advantage. your reply is BS. Hi, why did you guys get rid of the laughing emoji, that was the best! The one with the viking warrior laughing at people.. you changed it to him drinking beer or apple juice. So dumb! i started to see bots now a days. Otherwise it's good game. People just close the game when they started losing.. Always Have Network issue ,If The network is ok still showing network issue what the heck ,game have to work on mobile data why game consuming this much data,even i love this game since years now I'm very disappointed.. Unless you plan on spending tons of money don't bother with this game. The pvp matche ranking are so unfair unless you pay you'll lose. Don't waste your time. I give it 5 stars at lower levels. I set up 3 battle decks (fast movers, hard defense & combo). Problem is you never know which deck to use bc there's no preview on your opponent's troops or which battle field, until you're in the arena. Would be nice to know which deck to use ahead of battle. It's still good, fast paced strategy. Unfortunately, once you reach 4000, forget it. You can't progress without dropping a LOT of coin to get the troop types you need. Pay to Play takes the fun out of it..
what a tone of this game is like meditation I love this game because of its tune of starting what a beautiful tune better than shadow fight 3 tone I just love it.. Was really hoping it contiue from art of war, if you guys aren't making more of those expedition levels then please don't advertise this as if its a continuation. Really was bummed cause it was my main highlight in art of war with actual stategy gameplay. If you don't pay, the game keeps you at a 51% win rate. If you do pay, they offer you more chances. It's an unfortunate algorithm. Every two weeks, they reset your score and give you coins instead, which is mandatory. This is why you will be stuck at level 2 forever. It's frustrating dealing with a system like this.. Pay To Play. Read all the other reviews on the details... but it's pay for play... impossible to win. Your opponent... regardless of troop type will always regenerate twice as many troops as you do... if you spend no money on the game. I used a friend's account who does pay.... not the same phenomenon. There's a 1000 reviews saying the same..
If there is more than 120 maps then why I am getting only less than 10 maps why not another new ones coming???I liked this game very much.. if you add 4 players option and voice chat with friends only then it will be more fun... Plz reply.... Concept is copied from the age of empire. The environment is very limited. Even the music is very similar with the age of empire. During fights, the player has no control on his troops.. My experience is this game is pay to play. If you don't pay everything is rigged for you to loose. They lengths they go to are unbelieveable. Makes the game play unbearable. Don't waist your time. I promise you if you do well playing at all when you trophy count gets to 1500 you won't keep going 1700 I can't win a game any more. They want you to pay. Liars is what they are. What about when I ask to rebattle it will take me back to the same field. New battles same. Home advantage ?. It was fun,but not any more. why they put my level down,I reached 5700+ several times and they put me back to 5400. Every 2 weeks I have to repeat the progress. Also why they put me to play with 3 levels higher than my level and it's always freezing and bad connection Again the they have reset my level from 5705 to 5400 its been 4month like that I have emailed you Unfortunately no one reply to the emails.??? Very bad customer service and support. Can 1 of you devs send me an instruction manual for this game? What are the green arrows all about with what looks like a speed clock. Really like this game at first due to art of war, this adds different elements to get it more fun. Its truly addicting and challenging if you can win others. The developers put thought into making the game better but it is very competitive game. If you are skill, you win and have fun. If you are not, you lost a lot and frustrated. Feeling it's a waste of time not fun such as random match or practice against players with 4-5 thousands more trophies. Why would I play a game losing 10+ and win 1?. Biggest scam ever. Here is the thing I know as a F2P player I'm gonna loose to the people that pay. I was paying for upgrades for a bit. Got to 6k no problem. I stopped putting money in it and 9 out of 10 I'm going against players with troops 1-3 levels higher than me. I contacted support they said it's random pay to upgrade. I don't think it's random. 90% is not random I went from 6200 to 5k in 3 days. Back to back players that where way to advanced. This is a game mechanic that is horrible..
Another money grab game. I thought I would be playing against other players. 90% of the time you're playing against the computer. The way you can tell is within seconds of starting the game they will have hundreds of troops to your 30 or 40. I've tried every possible combination to expand my number of troops, won't happen. I logged out , they deleted my account. Can't get back in.. A breath of fresh air from all the deceptive and advert riddled trash out there. Super fun and really engaging if you're the competitive sort.. The troops could definitely use some balancing. A few troops I never see used, and in those cases, they should be buffed. However, the combat is fun and great for short or long periods of play. I removed some stars because practice mode is broken. High level players stomp lower level players by using multiple level legendaries that take a long time to collect without playing. It is also frustrating playing with much higher level players. I think the game now favors paid players too much.. Battles match you up with opponents of similar card level but people will pay for the rarer cards who although have the same level, because of rarity have stronger attack/defence/skills. Big drawback.
Once you get into the higher trophy range you come up against people who have cards with an unfair advantage. They could greatly improve the game and even get 5 stars from me if the could pair you with players who have the same level of cards. So 2 rare and 1 common against someone who also has 2 rare and 1 common and so on.. It is saying download patch needs to download but on play store there is no update. Why should I download from app only.. I PROMISE YOU, THIS IS THE MOST STUPIDEST, IDIOTIC, AND FRUSTRATING GAME YOU WILL EVER PLAY. The game is pay to win. There is little to no skill required. Purchase an upgrade and then just run back and forth. I seem to always get matched with much higher skilled players with MUCH more powerful characters. And somehow, they always seem to get the exact towers they need at the exact time they need them -- defensive or offensive. Hmm, very suspicious. Too bad because I think the gameplay could be good if it wasn't for the greedy developers. I cannot recommend this game.. I actually really enjoy the game. It has a few ballance issues but the main problem is the amount of bots you queue against if you want to play against other people. The bots are easy to recognize, easy to beat and just serve to waste my time and phone battery. It's not fun to beat bots if I want to be challenged by another player. It is pretty good graphic it is very well to play,no ads and good opportunity to get epic cards. Good game... but honestly I rated it 1... used to be 2 out of 5 because they have emotes that only show you are a sore winner or sore lower. Chat between your opponents are not possible in a good sportsmanship like way.... Edited again because the game still supports being a sore winner or loser... there is no emotes for good sportsmanship... 3rd edit for their poor game 120 maps... sure lame lies Fourth edit: still supports poor sportsmanship they give 2 about its players....
Not playable in free mode, they just want the money at all costs, pay to win brings a sour taste in my mouth.. It is a horrible game and the ratings say it. DONT PLAY. If you are progressing well, they will slow you down and make your troops weak so that you lose 100 trophies in a row. They say the matching is based on trophies, but infact, there are so few players left, you are constantly matched with players that spent 1000s of dollars.. Have been playing this game for a while. It's focused more on keeping you on one range of level maybe to force you to pay up. The difficulty increases significantly once you try to breach a benchmark level. So it's a waste of time if you don't want to pay at some point. Fun game though but not gonna play anymore.. The most unfair game I've ever played. Let's say my army in Arena is 7-7-7, Epic troops. Most of the time I played against armies that are 2 points stronger. Quite often against armies with 2 Legendary troops. Even a 6 points disadvantage was quite common (enemy armies of 9-9-9). As for fair pairing (7-7-7 or lower), they occur about once in 30 fights. A game has to entertain, not to frustrate the player. Shame on u, btw. May u deal in your life with exactly the same chances u give to people in.
Do not download this game. If you like to spend to win in a game then this one is for you. If you don't then skip this game. It is fun and could be a great game, but if you don't want to spend out the nose you will never be able to compete in this game. You will be matched against higher level players and cards 60% of the time. Pay for play in that is u don't spend you can't be competitive or rank up. Used to be fun. All everyone does is rush you without building up. No fun in playing just because you have fast cards for troops to take my main out. Why play like that? Development should see into matching better levels against other players and make it that you can't just send your own troop thru neutral towers to your castle.
