I would absolutely love this game init would load past the opening screen. I've tried redownloading and to no avail. I'm so frustrated...I love the office and want to play this so badly!!! Please help . Very fun but can be glitchy. 3/4/24 update - dropped to 2 stars. All my character, desk, and decor progress in the main game was lost, and I've asked three separate times so far this year but the team can't tell me why my progress is lost or when it will be reinstated. Seems like they're waiting on an external developer to fix this glitch for Android? Somehow the events are still working, though.. Been playing this game a long time, seems loading times are getting longer and a lot of my upgrade progression got reset, too much to rebuild so will probably stop playing. It's clearly pay to win (events) - the game doesn't provide useful cards as we get desks leads, it takes too long to load, it often gets disconnected.. Just installed and can't open. Cannot make it past 20% loading screen stuck on Negotiating Pay Raises and then it crashes. If it runs off internet, it should work fine, I got gig speed. But still won't open. 1 star wish I could put 0..
I was really enjoying the game and then one day my entire progress got locked, the game never loads and keeps giving me various error codes. It's been a few months since this bug and they haven't been able to fix it. I don't recommend you download this game.. As a big fan of the office, i loved this game....until all my progress was reset making it almost impossible to advance any further in to the game.. Rating it 1 cos of how laggy the game is and also the task to buy epic basket is dumb because the game didn't even have the store or market interface to buy things. The game constantly crashes our requires a reboot. All progress was lost. No fix has been made in almost a month. It's time to move on to play something that actually works..
I used to really love this game. It was fun and a good way to destress and I have seen every episode of the office so the stories are nostalgic. Anytime there was an issue the support team was very friendly and always helped fix the problem quickly. I have been unable to play the main game since Aug '23 due to a bug. Once again, the team got back in a friendly manner and offered some coins to help, they are working on it. In the meantime, I've been stuck and it isn't worth playing anymore.. At the moment 1 star as after playing for several months I have changed device and logged in with the same Google Account and all progress is lost. Looking forward to response and solution to this issue. Very disappointed. I have been playing for a while but just recently reset all my progress. Time to delete this not worth it and with all the bugs.. Almost all of the game is just being forced to watch voiceless animations of scenes from the show. Would be fun if I actually got to sit and play a game without being forced to watch rehash cartoons of the show almost every time I do something..
The game is fine, BUT, the Mistplay Ad after playing goes to a black screen and crashes. Every Time. I'm getting tired of rebooting because of this 1 ad. (It's the ad where the lady talks to her other self). The game is really nice but needs improvements. CRASHES all the time and takes very long to load. Also too many advertisements.. So done with this one I really enjoyed this game but after not getting event rewards AGAIN, I am done. Support is nonexistant. It would be fun if it actually worked correctly.. It doesn't make ANY sense to maintain a game that will ERASE your progress from time to time. This is madness. I literally have never had this experience before with any other game (and to be honest, this is the expected behavior, right?) The most absurd thing in this situation is that the developers don't have a clue on how to solve this so they keep launching new stuff literally ignoring this massive problem they have. This is extremely sad because the game itself is cool..
Update: The team says they are working on the problem, but it's been happening sense the games conception, so they aren't actually doing anything. Do not waste your time or especially money on anything from these devs! Complete garbage. Constant crashes and reboots. Always having to close the app and reload because of errors. Waste of time and energy. You would think they could make it so it wouldn't crash at this point, but when creators don't care, this is what happens.. 2024 update. February update. It seems like there's a need for reviews monthly. The game is addictive which is why I keep playing. But the bugs, crashes and error codes are not worth it. My coins went from 300+ to 90 over night while I was sleep! How and why?! Infuriating!. This would be an amazing game IMO however it is plagued with bugs. Rebooting, reloading and recently an upgrade not working which has made my whole progress near impossible. If the bugs were fixed a 5 star. I feel sorry for people that spend money only to have a bug ruin the whole game. Fix the game, you'll get 5 stars. Right now the game is unplayable. It's extremely laggy, loopy (doesn't let me move on to the next episode while it was released two weeks ago), extremely slow, losing progress. And to top it all no one even answers my many submitted requests any more.
The devs of the game have caused many people to lose all progress on the main game and refuse to fix it for us, and they think some Scottcoins will fix it. Nope sorry they coins were worthless. Daily compensation or give refunds to all players who spent money on the game and have lost their main game progress. Edit: Yeah, I don't trust the team to fix it, so, as I said, daily compensation or full refund.. Bought credits. enjoyed the game for about a week haven't been able to launch in a week at all just keeps crashing at main screen.. Gameplay is fun enough when it works, but constant game crashes, resets etc. Sometimes takes 3 or 4 attempts just to load the main game before it crashes and forced to rest and try again. Update Feb 2024: recently lost all decor (thousands) due to a glitch, tech support can't fix anytime soon. Can't advance levels. Mini games are slower and crash often. Not worth it anymore. Old review: Great little idle game. It helps if you know the TV show, but not necessary. The mini games are more fun than the main game. Lots of ads, but they help you advance without paying money..
I love the game. Addicting and rewarding. My only complaint is how often the game crashes. I've submitted multiple reports when it happens but It seems that evey update just slows things down more. Also, having an ad free version of the game would be awesome. Claiming coffee every 10 minutes without an ad because you paid for 'premium' would be lovely. After playing this game for over a year, all of my desks, decor and characters are gone. Contacted support over a week ago and am still waiting. Edit: it has now been 3 weeks. No contact.. One of the few games that gets worse with every update. The one thing this game is exceptional at is teaching patience. If you don't throw your phone through a window waiting on the 6 reboots you need to start the game, you surely will by the 3rd reboot to start the event. Thank you for teaching patience.... Loved The Office, and love idle games too. But somehow this game loads so slow it takes literally a minute to load each level..
Day after week after month after months and error code 53 is still not fixed. Makes a game I really loved unplayable. Why did I ever spend $ on this game? I don't need this kind of frustration in my life.. When it works, the game is enjoyable, but it hardly ever works. It takes forever to load, only to immediately pop up with an error and say it has to reboot. And it will do this over and over again. So frustrating.. This game is constantly crashing, making it unplayable. I have sunk too much money into this! I am going to uninstall this forever unfortunately.. Fun, but constant crashes. Game tskes forever to try to load only for it to lose connection and need to reboot. Have to reload 5 or 6 times before it finally loads all the way..
This game sucks; if it's not crashing whilst loading, the loading takes 15 minutes to then crash the moment an internet signal becomes minutely unstable. It's not a game in the sense that it's an app to watch advertisements.. Since the update the game just crashes and give error 0 code, shame as it was a fun game but have now missed the early valentines event because it keeps crashing. Samsung flip 3. So 3 weeks now and the game won't load, put a ticket in got a response to wait patiently with no other response, response to my reviews say please wait patiently, 3 weeks is too long to just wait patiently. Kinda pissed. Just started episode 104 and all my players restarted back to level 1 decor, desk, and players back at 1. Between that and the consistent crashing, I'm really to uninstall this game.
All my main game items are locked or gone. I did receive coffee pots, but it's been a few months and nothing has changed. So ridiculous when I spent money on certain things in this game to have no access to desks and have to start over with upgrades! Such a loss. Game was ok, but crashes too much now or never loads.. As of 02/08/24, I am putting this game back to 1 star. Constantly crashes and their response to your reports is a generic one that they have always sent out. Fix your game. Your It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia game has no where near this many issues. Would do 0 stars right now if it was and option.. I love this game but I'd hate to have to delete it just because it constantly crashes. But if I can't play due to crashes.....am I just keeping the icon for a screen decoration? This game constantly fails to load and support will always give you the same copy and paste answer that they are working on a fix. When I loaded the game today I noticed that a substantial amount of my progress was lost with no help from support.. Honestly I love this game. Once in awhile I have trouble with error codes. But I like the way the you can choose to watch ads instead of being forced! And the story line lines up pretty well with the actual show!. Doesn't work after the updates. Always crashes now won't even load. Still full of bugs. Some of the buttons don't even work now. 2024 still full of bugs. Good game but constantly crashing makes it hard to do anything not worth it if your looking at a long haul game.
Fun but crashes constantly and won't load. It's been going on for a long time so who knows if it will ever be fixed. I've been playing for years and I'm about to give up on it and uninstall.. The game somehow gets worse as it ages. A year ago were just small little bugs, but now you get error codes and can't play it all all.. Don't bother with this game, it will only disappoint you. Cards go missing, the game crashes every 5 minutes, and there's fixes in sight. Just go play another game.. Lost all progress in the main game, and basically a non answer from support that a fix will come at some time in the future. It amazes me that they give no clarity or support for their product..
Love the game but I've been waiting over a month for a bug they need to fix. I can't play my game. The cards I had all disappeared. I already reached out to the games tech and all they told me over a month ago was they will work on it. Oh and here's scott coins to help. But it doesn't. So disappointing!. I'm on episode 104. I had all my desks maxed & my characters highly upgraded. I lost all progress on the main game. I reached out thru ZD & Sukuna responds that there was nothing he could do as it is a bug & brushed me off. As a spender in this game I am severely disappointed in the Service I received and no idea when this will be fixed. I can't even finish this episode as my desks/characters are so low powered. No compensation, no timeframe just was told you know about this and bye. Poor CS. About a month ago, I lost all of my character and decor cards and my level progress reset to 0, leaving me stuck. I've written to support multiple times with no response. EDIT: Everything was reset AGAIN, still no communication from the developers via email.. This game used to be fun,but it now constantly crashes. I tried to get in today and it crashed every time I logged in. I couldn't even play, it just crashes constantly and finally I gave up and Uninstaller. Thankfully I haven't put any money into this game, because it just doesn't work.
Since downloading the game, it's been glitchy and keeps crashing. Not only that, I purchased in-game and never received the in-game items. $6.49AUD. Now the game won't even load. Do NOT bother with this game!. Got up to episode 75 and then one day it loaded and almost all my characters , decor, and desk were locked I put 2 support tickets with screenshots of everything including me user I.D haven't heard anything since and the game is still messed up. I had this as a 5*, because it used to be fun. Then the game deleted all my progress and despite frequent emails reporting the issue they refuse to fix my account. I get the standard 'we're working hard to fix this, here's some coins that are actually useless to you' response. Error 53 pops up every 10 minutes meaning the game needs restarting, which takes forever even on a newer phone. It's been 7 months. There is literally no excuse for this.. Update 2: game hasnt improved in stability and now I've been unable to play for over a month due to a bug resetting progress. Load time is also getting longer and slower to respond. Update: It's still very unstable, and now I've lost all cards and upgrades, meaning I can no longer progress. One of the better idle games out there, but the most unstable game I have ever played. More often than not it takes 5+ attempts to even launch, and bugs take months to be fixed..
The game is great. 5 stars and addictive. But it is horribly unstable. The game constantly crashes or loses connection to the servers. Lots of watching ads, which is a 50/50 shot whether you'll have to reload the game. Also, it is beyond pay to win. If you're not shelling out $20-30 during every event, you'll never get anywhere close to the top of the leaderboards to win any of the crucial and exclusive cards needed to level up your characters.. Even though I like the game (when it wants to load) I'm considering deleting as all my cards have disappeared so I can't carry on with the story.. This game would be more tolerable yet still tedious if it stopped crashing every 10 seconds after opening it. Then it needs to reboot about 3 different times, Sooooo annoying.. You are obligated to follow each quest, and follow the story. It's so boring it's not a game, it's a visual novel. I love the show, but this game is hardly interactive..

Please do not disturb current progress if you doing the update. Same goal changed 3 times. And card locked again.. Game is broken since October 2023 and developers make no effort to fix it - progress in main game is impossible. I had to restart the game 27 times this morning. Error 53 and error 0 I see more often than the actual game. I have a request in to Google play for any money spent back. Least stable game I have ever played. Edit: I've sent 50 screen shots. They're all the same. There wasn't enough space on the ticket to upload all of the screen shots I have. Nothing is better. The updates don't help. Refund my money. All of it..
As a paying patron, this is upsetting. Not only does the timing for events end about 4-5am it starts a new an hour later. Then there's the ever-so-often rebooting, reloading and it takes 2 -3 mins to load up... Thus, battery draining, only to get another reboot/reload... Dont think i should pay to play anymore.... I've been playing for quite some time now, the game needs a reboot a lot, loading the game takes ages and all of my progress ment nothing being on level 93 since as of 2 weeks ago they decided to lock all of my unlocked item cards and desks so I'm back to square 1 and it took all of the fun out of the game.. This game is nolonger fun. It's hard to enjoy this game with the constant error and internet connection issues. Even after the update the error reports continue.. Pros: The cartoon story line of the TV series are enjoyable to watch and the game itself is easy enough and it helps kill some time whilst you're sitting in a waiting room/toilet/train station. Cons: The game is so unstable if it was a girlfriend, it would be boiling the family rabbit. It continually needs rebooting & restarting which leads to great frustration. The loading time helps me reminisce about games in the 80's, I just add a dial up internet tone in the background to complete the mood..
I like the game WHEN IT WORKS. After the update today I haven't been able to get the event to load at all and the main game has new bugs, decor missing from desks etc. Has been impossible to load it and play since the update. I have reported issues several times and you get told they're working on updates but they never fix the huge lagging/crashing issues.. Was a fun game, until you get booted every few hours, because you have to reload, or reboot, or both. At that point it's pure luck if you get back into the game within a minute or half an hour.. Is been 2 years and decided to try again. 60 actual seconds to load the game and it crashes. Had to "reboot" 10 times before I just Uninstalled again. Hope you didn't spend money. The game is just blah. Nothing in it that really keeps your interest. I'm a huge office fan and was hoping for better than this game..
Can't play the game while on the phone. Can't play the game without Internet. Can play is you have the the Internet with an unstable connection. Can't play the game because there's more ads than game.. Would be really fun if the game ran better. The game constantly freezes and lags from one screen to another. I love the idea of the game, but it has constantly bugs, crashes, loading errors, and more. I wish it ran smooth because then it would be a great game.. the game is only good for taking up memory on my device. It never loads, and if it does, it goes off immediately.The reboot or report screen comes up and leads you to nowhere. They answer your review with we are working on those issues,that's just their scripted responses. They aren't working on any issues, fixing any bugs or whatever they respond with. It's another game with the exact same concept that never has these issues, so I find myself playing that more,yet I foolishly keep coming back. Like the overall gameplay but expected more, have played other games from this developer that are nice and smooth. This one is clubky ,crashes/reboots often, and seems really hard to advance at all with most things only giving you 1 or 2 coffee/event currency..
Haven't been able to play yet, just keeps reloading. Uninstalling and will check back to see if this ever gets fixed. If I could give it a lower rating I would I could never even open the game. It will load to 100% then close out. I wish this game worked better. I do enjoy the game play, when I get to play. It needs rebooted regularly (both on and off wifi), sometimes not booting in for a couple hours at a time. I have had the issue with locked cards that many have mentioned, and it seemed to have been fixed recently, so I was able to make some progress. I just went to log in again and I am now missing lots of different cards that I had the first time I had locked cards. I hate that I've spent money on this game.. Takes over 3 minutes to load up the game. And you have to commit because if I switch apps for a second and come back it has to reload all over again! It's so so annoying.
This game is terrible. Always crashing, over a minute to load, game play lags and it's slow. I love the office but this game is frustrating.. This is a fun game, but it is overflooded with bugs, constantly a reboot is needed and I lost my progress two times. The first time I was told that the bug would be fixed in an upcoming update and I got 800 scotcoins as a compensation so I continued playing. Once I leveled up enough characters and I though I could continue playing I lost my progress again. Too many bugs not worth the fun sorry!. I played this game for more than a year. I used to enjoy it. However, I recently had to delete it from my phone. The load time became ridiculous. In addition the game started to crash my phone. Please let me know when you fix the issues. I look forward to playing the office in the future.. Well all was going great... Untill the start of the game! Yup!!! You can't access the in-game shop to buy things (things I assume I need to buy to progress in the game! ... But I wouldn't know can I can't get into it!) Update. Just deleting now, impossible to play. Has been super slow to load for around 6 months now, then have to reload immediately. Will uninstall soon if not fixed.. Last few weeks games been virtually unplayable. Can't even load the app upto 90% of the time and when I do it's a game of luck whether it'll load up the event or not.. I want to give this game 5 stars as I genuinely enjoy the gameplay. However, I spend most of my time on this game reloading the game. At least 3 reboots needed every 5 minutes. Event rewards take about 20 restarts to finally appear. And the progress loss bug is extremely common among players, including myself. Customer service is friendly, but overall useless as they can't fix the bug. So for losing half our cards we're given 750 coins. Fix the egregious number of bugs and ratings will go up.. So many issues with having to reboot. Can't fully play the special events. Also dont think it's right that I have to hit x 3 times on one ad and if I miss it by a hair it launches the app store. Do better you have a huge fan base and this game can be super irritating with all the bugs and technical errors..
I tried to download this game sometime last year and could never get it to work. Re-download it last week, and I was super excited to finally get it to open. I was having a pretty good time and decided to spend some money on the game after a couple days. Now, three days later, the game won't load at all. Uses much more memory than other games by same devs. Like features from similar games from same devs missing information or usefulness. It's too bad I love the series and I love the gameplay, but the errors, constant crash and lags ruins the experience..
The game is fine mechanics wise, but it hits all my pet peeves for this category of game. Extended tutorial you can't disable, forced scrolling and page changes, and unskippable mini animations. All the handholding makes me feel extremely frustrated, because the longer a game forces where you tap the longer it takes for it to feel like a game. I'll try and push through and see if the game gets less suffocating later on, but as is I feel many games have used this games mechanics in better ways.. Was loving it at first now with the new upgrade majority of my cards either locked or reset. I've emailed support team twice even included screenshots and haven't gotten a response or the issue resolved. Very disappointing.....
