I really want to love this game. I can't because it crashes, slow to load, and the chat features haven't worked in ages. The new features introduced haven't been that exciting and there are quite a few ads. Wish it were better. *Update: It is also disappointing that the developers have such positive responses and yet nothing changes.. Good update, made the game faster, but can u fix the general chat in game of all phone players, on pc it works but on some phones the in game chat doesnt work update the game,add some new features,add some new heroes,houses..... It's great, except for how hard it is to get resistance points, and how it would sometimes stop running for no apparent reason and I'll have to reload the game. It would also ask me to refresh due to a lack of internet connection regardless of how good it actually is..

Could I suggest: why not make a part 2 Asterix game and use the Goscinny and Uderzo: 'Obelix & Co' book for a game title and story. This time if you study the feedback from many of these users comments and also make the game more about the main characters (Asterix, Obelix and Getafix), you could do well. The Global Asterisk fans would surely enjoy. You could 'Strike Gold'. Thank you and please let me know what you think.. Update -06/12/2023- Loading is so slow. When i send the missions, the game askes to refresh (network drop? ). This game should not use that much resources (network,...) I my self a software developer. I feel that this game can be optimize a lot and it will be mich fater if you do so..
Umm, while very interesting it is equally as confusing. There is absolutely no direction or explanation of what to do or what the items are for. The only thing that is easy to figure out is to upgrade buildings & fight patrols in your village. Everything else is a puzzle for you to figure out on your own. It's really frustrating not knowing what to do with tables, wood with muscles on them, pearls, and horns, etc. They just take up space in your inventory. Wreaths are impossible to get. . I love this game so much but I have had to abandon at least 3 villages due to loading issues. I'm now on my 4th new start and again loading issues. Its a shame because I was doing really well with my guild and I had spent lots on helmets. I won't let it deter me, hopefully it will get sorted..
Hello, first of all i want to say that i played this game like 8 years ago and had a looooot of fun. Now to focus on present day, i noticed several issues with this game. First thing i noticed is that chat is always empty and i doubt that no one ever talks so i guess it's broken(all of chats),next thing i noticed which is VERY ANNOYING is that inventory is marked as full even tho i see free slot when i open it. And last thing i noticed is that after getting ambushed by romans i cant do anything.. Very Nice game i really like play all time, but someting needs to update like, there is only 06 box in bag, it must be 8 to 10, because there are 100 items in a game, and another is instead of roman helmet coins should be there to built out post and to Purchase item from market also..
The new journey adventure is a waste of time. Totally a failure. No interesting challenges and no rewards for completing the quest. You come to a point where you need another player with special qualities but no information about how to get the player. Gamer failure big time. The game gets boring quite quickly, and you soon run out of storage, which of course you need to pay for to increase. And you're forever waiting to get food. And then there's the battle odds. If you have an 85% chance of winning, you would expect to win at some point. Yet you always lose. Not very true to the Asterix story!.
So many bugs... Just an example, I cant leave guild I joined. I press leave guild and then Yes on conformations form and ... nothing happens, Im still a member. Maybe is a just a temporary bug, lets try again after few hours. No, still the same bug. Lets try reinstall No, that didnt help. So, several days has pass, and every day when I check the game, Im clicking on YES and STILL I cant leave inactive guild.. It's nice to see there's some new content (the new villager and the chapter quests). Because I missed doing more tasks for the Britain chapter, it was reverted to 100% neutral, understandably so. However, whenever I tried to get more points for the Britan chapter, the points either grow for a brief time or never grow at all. Other games with similar hour-based quests were never this frustrating. Hopefully this is a glitch that can be fixed as they're still new..
This game always had lots of bugs but the new Remastered version is worse. They can't fix a simple thing as networking, connection issues have been rampant since years and now it has increased. Whenever I try to travel to Alexandria I lose connection. Why do you make a game which saves game state to a server if you can't solve your networking. I was excited about the new character Gardenia and Journeys but connection issues are worse. Please fix your networking and then launch a online game.. Love the game when it works between version updates. After the last update it stopped crashing but the Centurion punch game stopped working. Also had 2 of 3 permanent camp purchases fail just found the support follow up on it to clunky. Should just be an case of here's my village name and fix it. Not try to remember what special offers and promotions and send date and time.......
This was a great game until the last update. I lost everything - it sent me back to level 1 where I had start to rebuild everything. Last night everything came back which was great but this morning it was gone again.. Comment est-ce possible qu'un jeu conu par une quipe franaise n'aie pas la langue franaise incluse dedans ? C'est inconcevable ! Corrigez cette grossire erreur et je mettrai 3 toiles, car le jeu bug un max, et il est lent..
After last update I am unable to connect and play any more. The refresh tab appears but pressing it nothing happens. From the FAQs I understood that other players face same issue and the root cause was account problem. Most probably mine too. Please fix it so I can continue with this nice api.. Bad game have to spend money to do almost anything and it takes far to long to do anything greed killed this game and no i dont have days or weeks to dedicate myself to this game 1 star it gets half a star not 1.
Fun game. However if I reinstall the game, it is not possible to skip the tutorial, which is quite boring/annoying after the 5th+ time over the years. Update: They fixed this, therefore I improved my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars!. Good game so far, but now I cannot get in to my village as of 11/13/2021. Upon trying to load the game up, no matter what I do, it keeps giving me a server/network connectivity error icon with the button saying "Refresh" underneath it. FYI for the game's tech support line, my account/village ID number is 10680510. Oh, and I think my account IS connected to or with Google Play so my user data should be retrieveable..
The game is fun. Like an interactive comic. Updated Review: The game is laggy. The WIFI-REFRESH icon appears often. Due to this, I have lost some inventories in the middle of crafting or quests. At the moment, I cannot open the game with the WIFI-REFRESH icon appearing again.. After giving up and deleting after the last update made it unplayable I checked reviews and they were all old with these issues so I reinstalled it. Pointless 5 minutes loading without getting past the load screen but the game music started. It's not a game if it can't be played. Deleting again. You wrecked it. This was a great bonding and teamwork for my son and Inthat we had put countless hours into. Before it would take forever to load then freeze once in game, this is worse!.
Used to be great fun back in 2017. Thought I'd revisit the game and as soon as I linked with Facebook, it refused to load. I see there have been complaints regarding the recent update, which I assume will be addressed. I hope it's fixed soon. Gutted it wouldn't work.. The game was fun and enjoyed the Guild I'm in but, since the last update it's crashed many times and now I can't even load it. Your programming attempts are failing terribly. Every update has made the problem worse. Maybe you should consider contacting the Zombie Castaway programmers. That game plays flawless.
Since 2019, i don't really see interesting updates, new features or a new villages. Always the same ones, Gaul and Egypt! Why not a Breton village or new buildings ?!. Plus , there's lot of bugs ! I can't fight anymore with other villages or guilds, etc. It's really annoying cause I liked that game. Everything Asterix is Brilliant (Indomitable) - a highly entertaining world builder Edit - 08/09/2021 - Unfortunately, the latest update has made the game significantly worse. Slow, jittery and awkward user interface, text too small to read in many places. Frequent connection loss. Windows appearing out of context such as 'you reached Rome' when you did not. None of which happened in previous version. I have to downgrade my rating..
The new android version using unity is dreadful, makes the game unplayable on my Xperia. Gameplay is v jerky, must be using lot more memory it crashed my system ui. Full of bugs, certain actions always cause a refresh of the game. Centurion punch does not register hits on target etc. This game was working fine before the update, loads of fun on android, but the new unity version is unplayable.. Yesterday I chose to update the game after several months without doing so because I was concerned about the game changes might do since you've had some setbacks. So I updated and now is not working. The game takes a while to open. After that, I can only see the in-game characters move and can only zoom in and out, nothing else. Everything else is like frozen, so I can't touch any of the buildings or characters, or pick up any items. That's it, I can't do anything more..
