As of the time of writing this the problem with the black screen hasn't been fixed I've tried restarting my phone and it didn't work and I haven't gotten a reply back for the email I sent. Unplayable At the beginning of the tutorial mission a popup window for accepting cookies interrupts the game. No matter what I do after this the game freezes completely. Multiple restarts and reinstalls change nothing. Piss poor design choice with how that pop up works. I was rocking this game one time and went from my phone to my Chromebook then came the crashes now a few years later I come back and now after download it won't even load up really wanted to get back to it... oh well I will be back. uninstalled. Please fix the mission tree fire at village lake. When I call any vehicles they go off screen and I cannot play that level and it is on my map constantly. Please fix this thank you.. Great game, but I have a suggestion. Firefighters are able to fight the same fire, so I think emergency docs should be able to help the same person. It'd be a good update.
This is a great game if you love rescuing lives, the game has awesome graphics and it is amazing, if you play, make sure you train your people otherwise they won't be properly equipped, and will take Forever to complete a level, but l recommend this game, it is geat to pass the time.. I play this game multiple times on my old phone and it's good but the problem is that having to click on each unit to go back to base when they're done with task is kind of exhausting I wish there was a button where you can click on all the units that are done with their tasks and send them back to base. This cost too much money to upgrade, and the upgrades take too long. The game is no longer fun, and I may delete it soon. If something doesn't change.. I just dont get it, I put out the fire from a burning fuel truck that took me 1 minute then cut open the front cabin with hydraulic cutting shears to rescue the driver? I think this is just wrong 2 firemen can do the task together rather than waiting for the other one finish and then cut the roof? I dont like this kind of game that makes me think what if im the driver of the truck , I will burn crisp and die then they will recover only my body after... Sorry I have to uninstall this game.
has in-game store error since 2 18 2024 sent an email to them on 2 20 2024 no response as of yet. un-installed and reinstalled the game still has same error message.. One of the daily achievements is to visit other players bases but when I hit the HQ button to go back to my own base it doesn't do anything. I have to restart the game. Game breaking detail imo. amazingly good fun and strategic. so refreshing to be playing a positive game about rescuing people instead of violence all the time.. I really love the game, but it constantly crashes. After virtually EVERY mission the game will close and I'll have to reload it! It's getting really annoying and making me consider deleting the app from my tablet altogether! It's not a situation where there's not enough space or memory because I've checked and I regularly clear the cache and junk! If it weren't for the fact that it crashes all the time I'd give it 5 stars..
Good game but let me chose if I want the stupid tutorial I know how to play the game and I dont want the game forcing me to put things in places I dont want them and make me do missions that I dont want to do because I'm not ready to do because I want to change the arrangement of things. It was a good game at first . I played it for four years with no problem it was fun but now after all that they either want me to pay a lot of real money to keep playing and upgrading my buildings and units or they expect me to give them full access to my device and my personal information. It won't happen I have deleted it from my device. I am so disappointed . The game is superp I'm enjoying playing it... But how lng wil it take it yar for ur maintenance thing since morning I'm trying to open it's cmng as Under maintenance.. for hw lng Wil we have to wait. Before any Under maintenance n all jst make sure ull inform us .... Too much maintenance time, 24 hour blocks mean timed challenges are pointless even attempting. A good game when it's live, but quite repetitive with very slow progress, 5+ days to upgrade some buildings....

However, why can't you move the injured from the fire to a safe place to be treated like in reality. It would make more sense, update, just brought the firetruck with ladder station and went to play the game today to be told it's currently unavailable due to maintenance, has been telling me this all day...... Couple weeks later game won't load........ Was fun for a while. Reached lvl 400 missions but fail almost all of them as I can't rescue anyone or put out fires in time. Can't select lower missions of 250 or 300 to help build up strength. Going to move on to another app. And yes I know I can increase my units. Maybe the missions shouldn't all be 450 until I at least get a single unit over 400. I enjoy a challenge, but not impossible stuff. End up watching ads the whole time to change mission. Uninstalling.. I'm a daily player and I think it's good that free verticopters for fire ambulance and police are given free on a weekly basis. emeralds on a daily basis should not be for a limited time cost to buy 5 verticopters should be at least 20 emeralds for those who have reached heroic level 200 at least. it should decrease to get more players. adding members in a rescue alliance should be smooth and z 1v1 mission should contain an inbuilt timer which helps drg competitions with other rescue alliances.

Come on guys, that's no way to treat fans of the game, surely?. Pretty fun game, however, a few issues. - 1: the extra/bonus ads need to be worth more, poor reward = less ads watched. - 2: The change to force me through the poor reward ads first, to reach the 10 reward ad, feels predatory. - 3: Stop harassing me to accept personalized ads, ad interaction, required to get money from personalized ads, is rare from me, so accept whatever money is made. - Better rewarding ads, personalized or not = more money.. Would give higher if cookie options screen had a 'reject all' option. Like the game but as you go on, it is very difficult to progress without paying real money, and gets repetitive because of this..
Enjoy the game but afterlast update all my progress has seemed to of disappeared ,I've spent real money on this game so not happy. Love the game, my biggest and only gripe is the cap on the number of coins one can earn. Wish developers would allow for coins to be traded for emeralds or thumbs up. That would be super helpful!! Otherwise 5 stars. Easy at first, then it gets harder and training units takes ages, which is why I rated 3 stars. Apart from that, it's a very good game. The game was fun. However, since the last maintenance, it won't let me log in again. Sent 2 emails to support and no response... support did respond only after bad review here. Issue still unresolved not further responses..
Love the game, but have not been able to play 1v1 missions for days now! The red button has completely disappeared from my alert map. Very annoying! What is going on? I finished a win streak and haven't been able to play 1v1 since. Support team don't reply to messages sent from Contact Us page.. I am getting connection error to start the game and I can't login. Please assist is there an issue or big with the game. Nice game, but I couldn't load the game anymore due to an error. Tried restarting my phone and re-installing the game, but the same message still pops up and the game could not load.. This is 3d version of emergency response liberty county from Roblox and there is barely any ads on my phone idk about other devices.
The response time without paying is ridiculously long they haven't even come for me without paying fix this and this will be a 5. It is a addective game. I loved it too but,After update my 1v1 option is missing I am not able to play PvP because of this problem. Now I think it's time to uninstall. Great game, very similar to the Emergency original game on PC. It lacks two features though which would make game more interesting : the possibility to move vehicles wherever you want and to allow the possibility for two doctors or more to heal the same injured person . Think about this .. Used to be a fun game. Developers had to ruin it with constant ads. How have you made money to develop the game over the past SEVEN years without ads? I have been playing a lot of emergency games but this one is quite deferent, it looks very real, That's why I have it 5 Keep up the good work.... Don't waste your time. Played for a few months and loved it but then they did maintenance on it, hasn't worked since. Contacted the support but it's useless, get emails say it's due to permissions, to reinstall, restart device blah blah blah. Nothing works, read others have had same issue but creators not accepting the fault is their end.. this game is so good to play it is fun to play play and see it is better game for play now play now so good game it is toEmergency games and it is the good. Bad experience after update. I lost all my saved id after the update. I was on 23 level n now I m starting it again. This is not good at all.
Great strategy game . But please add more missions instead of 4 mission only. Large location but available 4 mission at one time. Then have to wait to recharge.. units such as the ambulance, police, and the dog should automatically RTB when they're objectives are done like the tow truck towing the car it automatically dispose it.. They steal your money. I purchased a fireboat dock and as soon as I placed it, the game errored out. Then they had "maintenance" for two days. I never got the dock but it took my gold. I sent two support messages asking for help. They responded to the first one and told me to check my inventory. It's not there. They just didn't bother responding to the second support message. Definitely don't spend your actual money on this app.. Very bad experience everytime error & incomplete mission no reward no any medals...be update karo game bar bar network error aa rahi hai..game hang ho jati hai.. or 8se 10 mission hai wo repeat hote koi or new mission lao.

After winning my first consecutive victories, I got my first 24-hour booster and only few hours I used the reward? Guys. Please bring me back that booster plz. It helps a lot!. Dishonest company CLAIMS you can reject access by fourteen 3rd party data m iners, but THE BUTTONS TO DENY PERMISSION DON'T ACTUALLY WORK. It's "accept all" or nothing. I'm pretty sure I just unwittingly granted lifetime (irrevokable)tracking to 14 data mining companies. Why pay them for in-game features? They make enough from selling your data. You've been warned. SCAM.. Great game to play, except when upgrading the training all units go slower which means you need coins to upgrade each individual barrack, abit un-necarsary, other than that it is fine. Nearly 28hr update not to long ago (Valentine's update), long wait but manage to fit a lap in before bed.. I love this game it is amazing . Thank you for getting back to me and fixing the issues you deserve every star. I love the game but after the february update, I'm no longer able to play the game as it keeps on saying that it is under maintenance even after reinstalling the app..
Tried logging in 2 days in a row now and it keeps saying game down to maintenence try starting the game later...I try again 4 hours later and says the same thing,I've got the screenshot. Nice addictive rescue simulator. Few suggestions for better gameplay: Option to change view during gameplay. Prefer flat map/ view instead of current tilted one. Option to set vehicles on particular location before calling them. Option to return vehicles after calling them accidentally and crediting the amount back. Option to download all single player data to play offline later without connecting to server. Revising helicopter rescue prices. Too much currently.. Since the update start in the morning till now cannot access to the game ! Wonder how long will it take !. I LOVE PLAYING THIS GAME. I HOPE THE GAME OPERATOR WILL FIX THIS GAME IMMEDIATELY.
