Loving it so far, I've played a few mobile card games, I like the mechanics and looking forward to unlocking some of the other classes to try out. Definitely worth a try and worth paying for the starter pack to support devs, great game.. I love being able to unlock cards to build a deck before starting a run. Lots of tactical depth, really fun.. I've had no issues with the game at all, cards are interesting, no glitches, overall a very good time, wish it had a story, but I guess that's more of a personal thing.. Cards and characters are varied, with no instability, crashes, or resetting of progress. The developers did a very good job of balancing the feeling of progression in later runs. Overall, this game manages to scratch the "slay the spire" itch better than any other game I have seen in the Play Store. The base game is free, and paying for unique but optional characters seems like a good deal.. Just killed the first boss ita fun a bit easy had me focused on what card to play next and love that I cant undo my card help to learn from it and what to do next to correct it.
Need more worlds. One of the best roguelike card battle game. The only cons is the attack animation. They are the same for every "attack" card. But still, the battle system is well balanced and it's fun to explore the deck combo.. Really enjoying the game. I would love more story content to keep me engaged more as well as the mechanics. But enjoying it so far.. Despite the various payed mechanics, they do not feel required to win. Overall it is a good choose your story card game.. First impressions; game is inspired by examples like Slay the Spire, but rather than directly copy-pasting mechanics with a poor understanding of them like many imitators, this game actually dares to add on to the formula while doing their own thing..
Good fun game, similar to slay the spire but with new mechanics, I can't say anything negative about it, really glad I found this. This game is interesting & tries a lot of new ideas. Many of them work, though they often feel overcomplicated. I would recommend you play halfway through this game, but stop before unlocking depth 4. Earlier than that, you need to build a good deck & unlock enough passive upgrades - if you just grind, grind, grind, you'll eventually get to where you'll win most of the time. At Depth 4, you're just waiting for lightning to strike, and each failure takes over an hour to resolve.. Overall I like this game a ton. There are some minor game mechanics that don't make a ton of sense and I wish were changed but overall a very fun game for myself. The biggest downside to this game. Is it's super reliant on very specific items that is purely rng and in my opinion ruins the game. Game is good, no ads, or atleast i haven't encountered any in 4 hours of play. If you lioendeckbuilders like slay the spire or roguebook, you'll like this game..
Fun and addictive. There's several different characters with very different play styles to conquer. The quests are interesting, and it's fun to mix and match cards to diversify play.. I'm having so much fun with this game the variety is so entertaining I couldn't stop giggling to myself while trying out a build I made that absolutely slapped and this is literally my first day playing 10/10. One of the best card games I've played in a long while. A step above Slay the Spire for me.. One of best CCG. The only problem difficulty balance is not perfect. Too easy for the first runs and becomes too hard with time..
Played this on another account that I forgot the email pw to, unlocked quiet Abit ngl so back to the start, still a very fun game to jump in and kill some time.. Having a lot of fun! Very reminiscent of Slay the Spire but with some added mechanics. I wish the instructions were in a different font, some of them are a bit hard to read. It's a small nitpick though.. One of the best. Honestly worth sticking with until it clicks. Extremely F2P friendly. Pack prices are very reasonable too. No energy limits and no adds.. The game is great but it doesn't close itself. I hear the music still playing in the background at times and when I exit it just re opens itself again. Please fix this as it interferes with my other apps.
Awesome game. Even when the cards are disposed at the end of every turn they are shuffled back into the pile. Still new to the game as well but so far so good . Good game, I like the elemental elements of the game, makes for more variety than just status effects like vulnerable and weak. Haven't played enough to review the game in its entirety but new starter experience good!. Fun and easy to pick up game. I wanted a deck builder without ads and that's what I got. Highly recommend!. I've only completed one run beyond the initial tutorial run, and the game seems pretty enjoyable, and certainly hints at a lot of potential depth of boss types and builds. Will update as I play more..
A overall well made game with no ads. It is well paced, well balanced, and well designed. The only problem I received was loading, I get well though because as you get farther in the game it has to load more and more information but I cannot tell whether it is my phone lack of possessing power or how the system is set up. It's pretty fun and the multiple choices not just in spells but in the paths you take makes it replayabl. A nice deck-builder game. Good balance. Lots of things to unlock and upgrade. Plenty of different playstyles to discover. Overall I am enjoying this game.. Good game. But make it like 'Indies Lies'. That game is super awesome to play. This game is good enough, but I would like to be more like Indies Lies..
At 1st glance, the artwork might make it seem kinda basic, but upon playing enough matches to really open the game, I find it to be pretty well in depth and fun. . As a game it's fine I guess. It's just a bit too grindy. This is a game where you start off with one hero and are expected to build your deck, buy talents and heroes with the same currency. I should be able to open a new booster pack every hour. This is just not that kind of game. Limited fun.. Excellent alternative to Slay the Spire. Could use a little more optimization to run smoother, but all in all it's great!. Hate to compare you to Slay the Spire but you know what you are by now. Definitely more complex but not in a bad way! Keep it up!.
WARNING: freemium business model. There's a gem currency that relates to real money. They want to milk you instead of letting you buy the game. Support a healthy game industry and demand BUY ONCE games from devs. Edit: A promise to only milk me a little bit won't do. You could offer a full unlock alongside freemium. You could be up front about the IAPs in this game instead of hiding them until later. Please let me know if you end up doing anything to improve. Really sorry you had to sell out.. Fun but slows down. There's a great variety of heroes and strategies you can play. It's fun adapting each hero's deck to the quests you get. Unfortunately, the quests drag you down rather quickly. The bosses are each a slog of hitting for low damage, watching the boss gain an insane amount of shields, and hitting for low damage again. Everything else is really fun, but the boss fights and the last few quests just aren't worth the time investment.. Update: Quest difficulty scaling is WAY too harsh. You go from feeling like a pro to being one-shot. Great roguelike deck builder. Cool fight mechanics but nothing that hurts my head. A lot of characters, each with their own deck. Each run seems to take 10 mins per tier, so not a huge time sink. No pressure to spend a cent or even view an ad. I bought the $3 starter pack from the store to reward the dev for a cool game without ad spam. Check this out if you want a deck builder to kill time..
