I've been playing for years and it's not what it use to be. Events became more and more difficult, to the point of literally being impossible unless you spend $80. Most of the clothes you can afford are ugly. I got to level 12 and never got further because in order to get to a higher level you have to spend 1000s of diamonds on required outfits. I've spend money on this game for years but most at one time was $20. I am not spending $50 on a phone game, that's xbox money. Uninstalling.. I have been playing this game for a while but as it go on, it gets very expensive and most of all the dress and material cost diamonds and that diamond cost also very high and as it goes it gets very frustrating that I have to spend more diamonds ranther than the coins...i really love this game so I hope you can consider this and low the diamond cost. Game keeps crashing when it starts to download the update. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still the same.
I give it only one star because though I have highest like but i am not getting reward in diamond event... Please fix it. I'm play this game since 2020..so After 14-12 level nothing is coming for three years. Should I wait for it Or just uninstall it.... I bought energy for 90 gems, and I spent an extra 45 gems to clear materials, but I only have 18 gems and have not received my energy. I started out with 243 gems.. Very bad, it does not give you a fair opportunity to play without subscribing, and of course this subscription does not take into account international players, as one dollar may mean 100 pounds in my country. I do not recommend playing it at all..

If I could give this awful game ZERO stars I would've! Biggest waste of time ever! Plus there customer service is awful!!! Nothing original or unique about anything in this game. This game is so good even the stories are like a fantasy world, too bad that it can't be play offline. This game has gotten expensive gem wise especially for when you have to do tasks and i dont think its fair that people have to use real money to get those said items or move on to the next level to proceed in this game. Its ridiculously annoying because i enjoy playing this game and have been playing for years, but every time i come on to play, it gets more and more expensive with LITTLE help.. Annoyed unable to complete tasks because items not available..When we going to get more levels.ive been playing for 3 yrs and it's fun but when I hit a purposely in place roadblock I get annoyed... I was really enjoying it but now it takes A LOT of money to get anywhere in the game. The game could be great if there were other options besides spending your real money on virtual clothes. I love playing this game I have played it for years now and everyday I enjoy as if it is my first time playing. i had this game for a while and it was great experience for me; after 2 years i decided to installed it again, and it is not the same actually every thing is just too expensive; im disappointed right now.

It was a fun game but as of late it has gone downhill fast. It is impossible to finish the events without spending all of your diamonds AND spending real money.. Fun! The game has become extremely expensive why spend money on clothes in this game when I can purchase an outfit in real life for the prices they ask for? I've been playing for years and it's gotten ridiculous. Love the game, but what I dont like is that when you dont wear the exact clothes they reccomend, you fail. MONEY Hungry App unfortunately this game will not allow you to proceed with level 4 without purchasing sewing and tailoring certificates at a users cost. There is no way around it. This issue causes users to stop playing the game unless u pay up! Waste of time, they should have that disclaimer upfront instead of promoting a "free game". One of my favorite games I've ever downloaded on playstore. It has gorgeous graphics. The only problem I have is trying to get someone to help me about my lookbook. It says I entered 50 out of 50 but I haven't and now oli can't compete. I also won gems on free spin that never showed up on my account. I've spent money and I probably will again if I can get these few problems resolved.. I have been trying to load my game for 2 whole days now. It keeps saying check update info and just keeps showing me different loading screens. And there is no update info on here. Can someone help? I've been playing this game for many years.
