Top-down arcade hockey simulator. Superstar Hockey is an arcade simulator for Android in which you are invited to take part in a hockey match against a virtual opponent.
The gameplay unfolds with a top view. The game has very simple physics and mechanics. Management of players and active actions is carried out with the help of several buttons. Before the start of the match, you need to select a team. Each team has its own strengths and weaknesses. Having chosen a team, you will go to the playing field, where you will try to win the enemy, successfully passing with teammates, as well as accurately shooting the puck at the opponent’s goal. By defeating the enemy, you will rise one line higher in the ranking. Having defeated all opponents, you will take the championship cup and go to the next tournament, where new seasoned opponents will be waiting for you.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Its a 3 on 1 almost every play against you because the defenceman automatically skates forward for no reason. Also after you bodycheck a guy once you cant control him right away after. Real dumb. Don't bother to download. Horrible AI game play. You will spend time, hopefully not spend money, but despite upgrading your players, you will not see any results in the win column. Deleted!. Easy to learn controls, smooth graphics and overall good game but sometimes the AI opponents can be a little bit of your league stats wise. And there are ads after almost every game which I'd pretty annoying. Horrible game, it's always clearly against the ai, and the ai gets cheats and advantages over you. Your players all move up the court and play offense, theirs actually stay back to play defense. You also get instantly shoulder checked, and your players all just chase the person with the puck, allowing them to easily pass it and score. Their players also always run way faster, and the game forces you to shoot right at the goalie or miss when you have an open goal.. Great and addicting. To the mentally challenged complaining about playing AI, stop posting NONSENSE. Look at the opponent team names..
If you are going to make a houkey game make it possible to win this game is the worst do not recommend for anyone it is a ok game but the 4 thing is impossible to win. The game was fun at first, until i discovered that the best way to score is to crash to the net and wank the puck in. If you try to play the game like actual hockey (passing, onetimers etc.) it comes useless when you reach that critical point where you've won 18 from 20 games. Game has a lot of potential but the netcrash-cheese ruined the experience for me.. Resume MatchYour previous match was interrupted. Would you like to Resume? Is it your code of this game? it copied itself to my clipboard. ouch either way it took me awhile to see what happens when it comes and the other is a good idea and a lot and I can get it took over a lot and the other day and a lot and the same thing and I can get some of them and then I want to do it took a lot of them but I was just trying a lot to get some of these things and the whole house is the whole world and a new one and then I just want it in my life lol I want to play it in the morning and I can it out of mail for the wh.
Sad, ad-filled, rigged game. Can't we play games without having to pay to win anymore? The gameplay is fun but the controls are too simple to set up decent plays. Shooting and passing use the same button so that can be frustrating. Also, the players' names are based on rank and both teams have the same players which makes it a confusing. The matchups make it look like you should be playing against other players but it's clearly bots. I enjoyed for a few days but will now uninstall.. I like the game a lot but there are many things that need to be worked on. I am going to Uninstall this game. It was fun but after too many rigged games and longer ads, it's not worth it. At a few times my players were just standing still. It's not fun anymore, hopefully it gets fixed.. The game made progression a useless grind, as you will always play teams better than yours (especially at the end). The packs you get for winning are useless 99% of the time. I would have more fun getting pissed on and stabbed on the bus than playing this game.. Bad game design, only ever against ai even tho it's advertised as a multi player game, ai can always do things you can't and at a certain point never mess up, controlls are hard to use and over simplify, there is one button to both shoot and pass making it a 50/50 on what you're going to do, the tutorial is terrible and there's an ad right after, unskipible 30 second ads every 3 minutes, pay to win. Go play brawl stars if you're looking for a game that wasn't made in 30 minutes.
Like the game, hate the AI . Games should be challenging, not impossible. Some games AI is impossible. I've had games where I've had over 140 passes and 20 one timers (making the goalie move from side to side) only to be denied and the AI scores by simply skating to my net and sometimes spinning in front. Too many ads and ads are very, very long.. FIX THE BUG! I've missed out on my free rewards for 3 days in a row now due to lack of adds "being available".... Yet paying for things work just fine though! Not very pleased. I've been loyal to this game and spent have spent money numerous times. Ridiculous. SO MANY ADS!!! The ads are what kill this game. They take up so much of it. I downloaded it once before and loved it, but I'm realizing again that the ads are what killed the love of this the last time. It's a real bummer. I would have rated it higher but I spent all my coins on upgrades and now I have to wait 7 hours to get coins from a video . What a joke.
I hate this it so bad it made my day horrible I was doing a tournament and the ia was good I cannot do anything at all and I hit my phone and the screen broke(it's not the game fault). The fact that you can only change your character when your passing makes it annoying. Why can't it be manual or something?? Like, I can't even change my character manauly when the other team is rushing. There's also to many ads. Like, we can't we just get ads when we lose or something.. This is one of those cases where I would have paid for this game but I will not be forced to watch ads. A demo could have served this purpose. Gone of the day of game developers making game that people enjoy, instead they irritate you with a boat load of ads, still knowing we don't watch them.. smh. would be perfect if there was a specific play swap button. also if the controls were biased to the left or right on a foldable..
Fun game until you play the super AI. If you get some money after winning 4 or 5 in a row you will play a team that jumps all your passes and is unstoppable. I'm all for a challenge but it is a noticable difference and is super annoying.. Riddled with ads. Can't even play a game without it leading to an ad. I don't want to hear anything about "that's how we make it free". The pay/ad structure that all games like you adhere to is annoying. It's a shameless cash grab and not developing a game that people would enjoy spending their time on. Break the mold, don't be a sheep.. The onscreen joy pad stinks horribly, the game no matter how good you get at times it makes it so you can't win. Game can be quite enjoyable, I get having ads in your game, but do you really have to have one after every single game played, its ridiculous..
It's fun but holy the AI and controls are horrible. I have no problem losing to the AI, when it's earned. Most of the time when you lose to the AI, it has way worse players who can sprint at 1.5x speed down the ice and score. It's one thing if the AI had better players, that'd be fine seeing as the upgrades are a main part of the game but you're telling me a 14 ovr forward is faster than my defense? Controls are terrible half the time you want to pass the player will just shoot.. Great game but, why is it all of a sudden impossible to score a damn goal no matter what "level" you're on. The game is too hard now. Frustrating. Not fun to play anymore.. The recent AI changes have ruined the game for me. This used to be one of my favorite hockey games, but the new AI has made not fun any more. They intercept my passes every time I try to pass it, and when I try to skate it down, they check me immediately and send it the other way. The only viable strategy is to shoot it down the ice every time you get the puck and hope you get a lucky bounce. Congrats, you made a better AI, but the game is no longer fun to play.. Ok cool and good game but i will change rate if you add this two things 1.Friends (you can add somebody and have match with them ) and 2. Bots training and i am not saying about that sorry but stupid training why you can add player vs bot pls add then i will rate 5/5.
Game is completely rigged. You can easily tell when the game wants you to win and lose. When the other team gets the puck in your zone, it's almost impossible to stop them when they have the puck. Gameplays fun but its completely rigged. Impossible to play later on. Every faceoff lost, every shot against goes in. My goalie frequently let's in more than is saved and even though I out shoot by a 4 or 5 to 1 margin I lose every game in higher leagues. Edit: now an ad every game. Brutal.. Fun hockey game, reminds me of the old Sega games. Not quite as realistic since there's no offsides, but the one timers are sick. I think I'd really like to have my old team back. it's the Boston Murphis is anyone can help me.
This game is b,s, don't waste your time you can't win ,if it were against actual people it be great but it don't matter what you do when it wants you to lose you ain't winning. I've reached the top division. Only problem is now I'm playing teams with 4,5, or sometimes 6 legendary (silver) players. I have 2, so you can guess the results of those games. I have played almost 2000 games over the last year and accumulated 96,000,000 coins but only have 2 silver players when other teams have twice as many. Don't reach out to support because they won't even respond to you. They just want you to spend your money and hope for the best. Otherwise, decent game.. Very good and addictive game. There is a bug however. Sometimes when you score a goal it doesn't register the goal.. Would be a great game if you didn't have to spend 1000 plus dollars to be competitive at the highest levels..
Played for five minutes... Uninstalled because in that five minutes it automatically installed two different games that I had zero interest in.. It doesn't matter if your team has a higher overall score for each player than the computer, the computer ends up becoming impossible for you to beat.. I love the concept but there should be way more players. It feels corny playing against the same players Everytime...and the controls the ai switching players is so frustrating so so frustrating.....I KNOW THE PASS IS COMING ACROSS THE ZONE WHY WOULD I WANT TO CHANGE CHARACTERS TO THE PLAYER LEAVING THE PASSING LANE WHOS RUSHING THE OFFENSIVE PLAYER AND THEY ARE NO THREAT TO SCORE WHATSOEVER. AND WHEN IT DOES SWITCH MY CHARACTER ALWAYS WANTS TO GO THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION?. Stupid. You watch the puck get passed threw the computer but it gets stopped. But when the computer does it to you it goes all the way thew to the other computer.
It's a fun game but if you run out of coins you can't actually play . When you run out of coins it asks you if you want to buy some for 40 US dollars or watch a bunch of commercials. It would be cheaper to go to the arcade. I don't know why they have to ruin these games with these stupid pay to win schemes. I'd rather just pay a few dollars to buy the game. This game is good but could be great. As many have mentioned there's a lot of ads, and the X to get out of ads is so tiny it's impossible to hit. Also when my team is upgraded and playing a much lesser team there should be a notable difference between the players, but even the beginning players rated in the teens can keep up with my players rated in the 60-70s. It would also be cool to add where each player can grow there skills, like after scoring multiple goals they get an extra skill point.. Fun! Can't complain much. Only thing I don't like is that when you're playing another team, the opps players have the same names. Also, I'd like to see my players' individual stats...like how many checks, times scored, assists...etc. Fun game though!. Good game, but eventually, it becomes unwinnable. No matter what u do or how much u upgrade ur players u can't beat any team..
Ok game. Could be better. I wish the Center would go to the net on a breakaway instead of stopping way short! If the game's AI decides it doesn't want you to win, you won't..
